I had an irregular EKG, my primary doctor sent me to Beverly Hospital Emergency. Two weeks prior I had total knee replacement surgery at Beverly Hospital. I was immediately admitted, and tested for blood clots. I felt cared for as a family member. The nursing staff treated me like I was their grampa, I am 75. I was released a couple of days later in good health. I live in Montebello, it is reassuring to have such a high quality facility so close to home.

Brenda was the nurse that took care of Maria A.She was very Professional, had tremendous attributes, and empathy. She made my stay very Comfortable. I thank her and staff for outstanding job. Thank you again for services rendered. My stay was Apr. 18 and 19, 2022. My Nurse was Brenda Carlos, thank you! Also my thanks goes out to the MRI technician who introduced me excellent music while I was having the procedure done. He made the time in the machine Enjoyable. Thank you!

My 85 year old mother spent a month at Beverly hospital to include some time in ICU. She was being treated for COViD and a bacterial pneumonia infection. She was released (stepped down) to a post acute care facility. After 3 (full) days there, I get a call from an ER doctor (at another local hospital) informing me that my mother is in serious condition with a lung infection and is going to be admitted to their critical care unit.

If I could give a zero I would. One of the nurses was super rude to me. I've had a bad headache for a week straight with no break and as I was trying to explain my symptoms she kept rushing me and talking over me. HATE this place never going back again. She sent me back out into the waiting room, and I just walked out. They are not compassionate and caring at all, at least she wasn't but from reading other reviews might be all the nurses who knows. Should've looked at the rating before going. They have a very low rating DO NOT COME HERE

Had a great experience from labor and delivery my night nurse Emmelynn made me feel so comfortable and safe to the maternity side with my morning nurse Rachel so attentive, calm and warm welcoming. All the nurses were wonderful with me and baby. Dr. Lee did such a great job delivering my baby. And I was well taken care of from the moment I step a foot there to the moment I left home. Will definitely be back soon for the third time lol. Great job Beverly hospital!

Emergency is great! They got me right away and treated me well. However once admitted and sent to the second floor is just like if they were sending you home. Nurses don't care, the meds you need are available but because they can't put and ivy, you just have to deal with the pain. So it is being at home but they are charging you for the bed. Like I said emergency is great but once you are admitted good luck. I don't recommend this hospital.

The nurses in L&D are the absolute best. I especially want to thank nurse Dianne she spent 3 day with me and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you. Not to mention Dr Lee has his patients best interest at heart. He did a great job and I felt safe and comfortable knowing he was going to be doing my procedure. Thank you to all. I am doing great thanks to all the help and knowledge I got before I went home.
