I feel like an angel was watching over me when my insurance approved this practice! I have not yet had one, single bad or poor experience, and I have been going consistently for the last 6 months. Everyone is friendly and helpful. More, I am absolutely blessed to have Dr. Patel and Linda Bow PAC as my treatment team! They always take their time to explain and listen to me.

They actively include me and my opinion in my treatment plan. Linda always returns my calls in a very timely manner and will include Dr. Patel always. It is always a pleasure to go for my follow ups. I could not be happier or more satisfied with my experience and treatment. Love, love, love them!

I have only the highest regard for Dr James Chen. He gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and express my concerns prior to my total knee replacement surgery, as well as afterwards. He had a very calming affect on me, yet he was truly transparent and honest about what I could expect. My surgery was a success and I have come a long way in just 4 weeks. Dr Chen used robotics in the course of surgery which helped him to straighten my severely curved lower leg, and it now looks normal again. Dr Chen is young and up on all the latest techniques in the orthopedic surgery world; and he has many impressive credentials. I would not hesitate and would gladly recommend Dr James Chen.

Dr Chin Helped me understand from the very beginning Of my total hip replacement process months in advance. We discuss what I could do to help My surgery go as smooth as possible. He helped me get extra time in recovery To make a safe and smooth transition for hospital and rehab to home. And is now assigning Physical therapy. Great Doctor, great service from SCOS staff.

My first visit for a consultation, was not expecting such a large facility and checking in thought the wait to be lengthy but there are lots of specialists there and I was quickly escorted to see my Doctor. He quickly diagnosed my situation, took in-house X-rays within minutes which verified his opinion and scheduled a date for my procedure. New Doctor for me and I have full confidence looking forward.

After 3 months of surgery, Dr James Chen comes across as competent doctor and friendly person; he answers all my questions and concerns. Occasionally he seemed conservative explaining an issue I had ( or at least that's how I felt ) but he is still a fine doctor. I wish him the best.

I went in as a referral from my GP. Upon making an appointment, I was told I first needed my MRI scan and report. This was made very clear more than once. At my appointment I brought my scan and report. First, I was taken in for an X-ray. The tech asked why I was there. I stood him my GP referred me. He seemed annoyed. I then said because of my back.

He said yes I am going to take an image of your back. Ok, so if he knew what he was going to X-ray, why ask me and get annoyed. I was escorted into a room and the nurse asked why I was there while uploading my MRI. I told her I brought the scan report. She did her preliminary and left. Dr. Bryce Johnson came in said hello and asked why I was there.

Since the office made such an ordeal about having my MRI report and scan upon arriving why am I being asked why I was there. I told Dr. Johnson my GP referred me for back troubles and I brought the MRI. He gave it a quick look and said there is nothing he could do for me. He never looked at the report showing bulges in L3L4. Though they are small he could of at least discussed them with me instead of just writing me off.

I told him the pain I was experiencing and the lack of sleep because of it. He did a few feet and hand strength tests. He never mentioned my bulges or bothered to tell me anything about them or his thoughts of my lower hip pain, he only told me he would write a prescription for physical therapy. I was not treated with any care or respect regarding my issues.

I was made to feel since no surgery seemed necessary I wasted their time. If they are only in the business of surgery only then let it be made clear that's the only patients they want. They wasted my time and now I must look for a more respectable office who will at least listen, read my reports and discuss the findings with me. Also, they required masks be worn, though no one inside his office wore one that is weird.

The entire staff is exceptional! From the xray tech, Dave, to the kind and efficient front office, Alejandra, to my surgeon Dr. Patel. I recommend this business for anyone who wants excellent bedside manner and exquisite hand/arm surgery. Thank you for being the best team of "everyday heroes"!

Dr. Patel did a great job with fixing my ruptured tendon and adjacent nerve. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to me in a clear and detailed manner. He made certain I'm scheduled for surgery as early as possible and his surgery coordinator, Francisco, did a great job with following up with my insurance regarding authorization every step of the way. All the staff were friendly and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for anyone looking for an orthopedic hand surgeon.

I was referred to Dr. Moscow for evaluation of progressive right thumb pain. I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner and at a convenient time. The office staff was fully masked, the reception area, X-ray area and exam room were all immaculate. After X-rays were obtained, Dr. Moscow came into the exam room, introduced himself, examined my hand and the X-rays and explained his plan of care which included initial conservative management.

I did receive a cortisone injection which was absolutely painless thanks to very good topical anesthetic. I felt very satisfied with the care I received and the environment in which I received it. Dr. Moscow answered all my questions and was very kind and professional. I recommend him for care without reservation.

Dr. Montgomery has been great, thorough in explaining the issue with a shoulder problem, cortisone shots, the temporary fix and long term resolution. I highly recommend him for your needs. He's quick, yet answers all your questions and doesn't make you feel rushed. I like to get in, taken care of and out in a timely manner. Dr. Montgomery makes it all happen.
