!Ellos hablan en espanol! So grateful for this place, each time, even with many people, I was seen in a reasonable time. Friendly caring staff, the PA is beyond patient! Willing and wanting to listen to health history and reach a healthy solution. I prefer to seek treatment that involves as little medication as possible and my PA respects that and offered referral to physical therapy which uses specialized exercises/movements ice therapy to heal rather than a prescription.

Long term healthy solutions. My PA is on top of preventive care so as to avoid future health issues. It seems they truly care for patients. So glad I found this place. Thank you!

Went in for a simple ear/sinus infection. Forced to take a covid test before being seen, was told results in 20-25 min? Well after waiting 45 min., and watching 20 people come and go. I decided (as they must have as well) ear pain with bloody discharge will take a back seat to Covid & a job. Bought a bag of chips for lunch, and drove back to work.

My wife and I were helped by a young lady named BIANCA she was so attentive to our needs we had COVID complications with many questions to were she gave us peace of mind and we are forever grateful specially since my wife is pregnant. Thank you BIANCA for you great work. And thank you vista health center for proving excellent service.

Wonderful experience! I went in because I had a horrible pain on my shoulder. Doctor was able to find out what it was right away, and it was all fast and efficient! Highly recommend them!

I came in here for an appointment last week and the front desk lady, Roldan Lupe, gave me a horrible attitude! Go else where for medical attention!

The family Clinic has good service but this review is for the vista beauty clinic. I went there for skin problem. It needs anesthesia for the procedure. I asked for topical anesthesia coz i have low tolerance in pain but the asian dr ignore and continuously injecting the anesthesia like she dont care how i feel. I was traumatized! I will never go back there anymore!

This doctors office has exceeded my expectations. I have received great care from all doctors. I love how they never rush me and all my questions have been answered. The office ladies are great and follow up on any questions I may have. I recommend this doctors office.

Went here for an inner ear problem. Left with a referel to see an ENT which is what I wanted. When I called to schedule the appointment with the specialist that I had been regered to they informed me that they did not accept my health insurance. I called the VIsta family health center back and I was told that they would call back with a valid referel. Thats the reason I pay them a 35 dollar co- pay.

They did not call back. I tried calling back for 2 days and I finally gave up and went somewhere else. The lowest quality service I have ever personally experienced at a clinic. Thanks for nothing and enjoy my 35 dollars. I WILL NOT COME BACK!

Pathetic service. The provider that I saw told me to make a follow up appointment. So I walked to the reception desk, l asked the lazy lady and she said "tell her" while looking at her co worker - another lazy worker. The other lazy worker stated " I don't see any notes about a follow up". Hence no appointment was made. Communication is poor and workers take no initiative.

This place exemplifies incompetence. I had a bad injury skiing and need someone to immediately take a look at my blown out knee. I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour before the administrative assistant let me know they could not reach United Healthcare (the biggest insurance company in the country) to verify my coverage and that I would have to wait for another hour if I still wanted to see a doctor, even though I have been seeing them for a couple years now with the exact same health insurance. Having already taken off 2 hours from work for the appointment I was unable to wait another hour and now have to reschedule for a new appointment for my bad leg. if you want a horrible experience use this Health clinic, however if you want health services I would avoid at all costs. These people should literally be shut down.

Nurses are supper sweet however the doctors do not care for your health they will write random prescriptions just to get you out the door quickly

Very expedient service. Nurses were courteous and very precautionary considering the pandemic restrictions we're all operating under. On-site instructions were easy to follow and adhere to. Having confirmatory test results within an hour of being tested was so reassuring. I would recommend their testing service to anyone.

Vista Family Health Center is effective and thorough. The staff and doctors are also friendly and kind. They were able to set me up as a new patient and see me in the same day. I'm super satisfied with my experience.

I did a teleconference visit, the tech that called first to register me was friendly and explained the process thoughrly. The provider link was very easy to use and the provider was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. I received an appointment quickly and would definitely use again!

On Feb 11, 2020 around 915AM. I had the most unprofessional experience with the front desk and with the Dr there at the time. This place doesn't care about patients. they just want your money! For example; I walked in with no appointment with insurance and was told I had to make an appointment because I had Insurance VS another person walking in with no insurance but they are paying with cash!

They took in the cash payment and said that they can accommodate right in my face. What ever happened to the good old Dr and medical service that they took an oath for. To top it all off I was there for my 2 year old and forced me to go to emergency room. Overall, I do not recommend this plac

Took my friend in to see him. He is a really nice guy. Very down to earth. Not to Doctorish! More like a friend that happens to be a doctor. Great bedside manor for sure!

I love the aesthetics department! Dr. Oliva, Rosalia, Miriam, Silvia, Stephanie, Marta, and Nayelly are kind and amazing! Definitely going back for more facials and fillers!

I was referred to Vista Family Clinic through a workman comp injury. I will continue to go there for future medical needs. They were friendly, professional and courteous. Everything they said they would do, they did.they have excellent follow-up. I never waited more than 15 minutes and I was there a lot.

In 52 years this is the worst medical office I have ever been to. Does not matter if you have appt or not. This is our 4th time here in less than 2 weeks and every time we wait 2+ hours and that's with an appt. After today we will change providers and never be back. Health dept needs to come in here. Stuff on floors that are supposed to cover tables when you lie down along with several other health concerns! I would do no stars if I could. Oh.and we never have seen the dr we were supposed to! Only assistants!

If I could give no stars I would. But maybe my review will help patients. They give you an appointment call you in an hour after sit you in the room for about 2 hours. To not give you anything but refer you somewhere else. Yes the receptionists and even medical assistants here are so unprofessional. The so called doctors too. I would stay away from here. I rather go to the vista community clinic than this place. I wonder why they're still open. A lot of Hispanics go here n they probably don't know their rights.

Front office staff is nice. But some back office staff aren't. There always a bit of wait because they take walk in patients and they close until 8. I did like the P.A that I saw, very humble and understanding! I would recommend this clinic even though its a bit of a wait when you go.

I called my provider to be switched to the nearest doctor and this is what I got. The waiting room is very small and packed. The office itself does not look very updated. Needs a remodel. The receptionist spoke to me in Spanish at first. I'm not Hispanic. I waited 40 minutes to be seen even though I had an appointment. The person who saw me was a physician's assistant. When I asked about side effects for a prescription she gave me she literally googled it in front of me. Talk about unprofessional! I'll be switching doctors ASAP.

So we called to see if they accepted walk ins before driving all the way here. They said that as long as we got here before 12:30PM they would see us. Once we got here at 12:25PM the rude front desk guy named Eguardo said that they could not see us anymore. We said its not 12:30 and the other lady told him to go ahead and take us. Another thing was that they told us that it would be $55 for an office visit and when we got here he rudely Stated that it was actually $60.00. This guy was completely unprofessional. I will not be turning to this office based on their horrible customer service.

I am amazed at how Dr. Oliva handled my care this afternoon. He took time out of his day to have an unscheduled appt. He was extremely compassionate to my situation and presented several options to best manage my care. I highly reccomend Dr. Oliva for anyone looking for a great GP or Aesthetic practitioner.
