Dr. Navazo identified a need in the community for in-home medical services and founded this practice, in 1997, in order to provide medical care to those who can not easily visit a Doctor's office for medical attention and care. Dr. Luis Navazo serves as the Medical Director for Mobile Doctor Medical Clinic also know as the Rancho Santa Fe Medical Group.
Please make sure that you request your prescription refills at least 3-4 days before running out. These requests should be directed to your pharmacy, they will in turn fax our office a request on your behalf. When this protocol is followed it reduces the number of phone calls between our office and the pharmacy which will expedite your prescription being filled in a timely fashion. For prescription refills on narcotics, please be advised that these should be called into the office at least 3-4 days in advance.
Rancho Santa Fe Medical Group, Inc. offers many occupational services to employers. We regularly perform employee physicals and INS physicals including immunizations and laboratory services. Don't go here for INS paper physicals. Doctor wouldn't do my papers until two weeks later and we paid $400. They are unorganized and filled with student practitioners who have no idea what they are doing or how important some papers and timings are for people. "Selena" the woman in charge of INS papers wasn't available for two weeks and they never said anything until after we paid. Trash place don't waste your money here. There are many other doctors for immigration physicals, try any one else.
