The most beautiful doctors and nurses I've ever seen!. I was in a car accident and had some bad injuries as soon as I got there I was treated immediately and gently I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The Doctors and nurses were very kind. I am so grateful for the help.

Spent 7 hours in ER for shortness of breath. Took pee, vitals, and blood. Three hours later the blood work hasn't been processed. Two more hours later they say they lost the pee. Another hour later they say oh you haven't done a breathing treatment when it was done two hours previously. Extremely disorganized, blew off patients ignored another women in a wheel chair that was also waiting for hours for blood work. Worst ER experience I've ever had.

I do not recommend being seen at the Womens Clinic. After scheduling an appointment I was called a week later to reschedule. They gave only two dates of which I stated I could not attend. After denying the dates the staff member hungup on me. She cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it anyway. Upon arriving for the appointment, I did not schedule I was told I needed to pay because my insurance didn't cover it. I then told the staff member the authorization was approved and she continued to ask me to pay for the appointment.

My niece was admitted there for septic, on Tuesday, 2 days later she was intubated, she had 2 blue codes, 2 days (Saturday) later after doing a CT SCAN found out that she has no brain activity, is this normal? Why if she wouldn't wake up, triggered them an do a CT scan or put her an EEG? Now she is dead! 4 days in ICU! I don't understand . Visiting her was a pain in the neck.

My brother had given our names, to the nurse station I guess ICU, and when we got there, they didn't have our names in the list. Even for my brother's the father, was a nightmare to go back inside the hospital! The staff members need more customers service trainings. Only one nurse in ICU went beyond! Sorry I didn't get his name. Please do an M& M report to see what went wrong so it won't happen to someone else. Now we all have to cope with this loss.

I used to love this hospital for my obgyn appointments for prenatal care, but when it came to my labor and postpartum care the scheduling center was so negligent. They consistently over book appointments. In this covid season I've had many funerals to attend unfortunately and I had to reschedule my 6 week appointment postpartum. I was told I would need to wait because there were no openings.

I waited for a call back and never received it. When I called them they told me they couldn't get me an appointment till a whole month after and it would no longer be considered a postpartum appointment. this was really frustrating considering I had a lot of issues and pain. I wish I could've trusted my clinic with keeping routine appointments but I was forced to go to urgent care. I love the pediatric section of the hospital and I would gladly give them 5 stars but I would not trust the ob clinic and I definitely would not recommend to anyone I know.

My own personal experience was well, everyone went above and beyond their call to duty. Not only that. They got real heart for people. They could just throw my friend out for making a good recovery. But they did not. Truly one of the few, this hospital surpasses expectations. If i was able to nominate this hospital for its great workers to receive recognition for quality services then I would

My stepfather was brought in by ambulance after suffering a stroke and fall in front of my mom and I. My mom & I were told by the paramedics to follow the ambulance in. We get there and the staff were rude to my mom saying she would have to wait outside in the waiting area and call them on her phone every 40 minutes for update. The waiting area was not clean nor were the heaters working for the 45 degree wind chill day.

While sitting there, we observed several patients just being wheeled out in wheel chairs and left out in the extreme cold to wait for a ride. An elder patient was being dropped off by her family saying they believed she was having a heart attack. The nurse was yelling at the family to stay in their car and no one could go in with her even though the elderly woman was unresponsive.

That was just the start. My stepfather was in for over a week with them running tests and only one doctor speaking to my mom to let her know what was going on. That doctor told my mom my stepfather didn't have strokes, but severed his vertebrae. There were a few amazing nurses.one NP in particular who went over the second CT iodine scan with my mom explaining to her that her husband definitely had a couple small strokes causing short term memory loss and other possible irreparable damage, plus she saw signs of dementia (which we've known about).

Also found was a severed vertebrae in his neck so he would not be moved and would need to wear a neck brace for 4 to 6 months. She said she would have the surgeons and doctors call my mom. No calls. They told my mom they would come by to talk with her as she was able to visit him for only 2 hours a day.they couldn't bother. The discharge caseworker called my mom's landline while she was at the hospital waiting to speak to the doctors, to tell her they were working with their Scan/Beaver Medical Insurance group to get him moved to a SNF as insurance wasn't picking up any more time in the hospital.

They were supposedly going to move him about 4pm but didn't until 10pm not feeding him a lunch or dinner. Nor did they provide my mom or the NSF with discharge papers nor the copy of medical scans and records. If you work all of your life and paid into medicare, you should be treated better than what my parents have been. Yet if you don't work and milk the Welfare system, you get treated like royalty with free everything.

They only allow one visitor for only 2 hours per day. They won't allow a caregiver in with an elderly spouse. This hospital is horrible. Don't let your family ever be taken here!

I am very disappointed by this Hospital. The system to visit patients is ridiculous. You have to call in the morning to put your name on a list. Once you show up to the hospital, have the employees at the front desk contact the patient's floor to confirm that you are on the list then to be told you cannot see your ill family member because their state-paid caregiver visited that day which means you cannot see your family member.

They are telling me I would have to choose between not seeing my mom or not allowing my mother's caregiver to get work. This is a broken system denying patients like my mom the emotional support they need to leave the hospital. A broken heart can lead to so many illnesses on top of one's patients, like my mom. Please do better.

I've never heard of more disturbing things in my life about a hospital. Read the medication they are giving you. The odds of dying from taking that medication. You have no rights and they don't care apparently. Your an object to them even hate and provoke patients. People need to know what you're up to. Exposed this place. Your three star average would be one if only people knew.

I posted this because of the terrible story that my friend told me she went through. Their was something far worse she mentioned. I won't say because it could of been an isolated incident but the rest is constant. It needs new management!

This Hospital is amazing. I've seen this hospital transformation over the years and it's not even recognizable. I had to ask " is this still a county hospital?". It's still county but it's also a beautiful teaching hospital! This hospital provides lots of resources for the patient population and does an awesome job of supporting communities throughout riverside county.

The hospital staff are so nice. ER was great I got a bed and a room right away. This hospital has 2 Panera breads (one in the main hospital and a small one in the new clinic building). There's a farmers market every Thursday. The nurses, doctors and hospital staff are very helpful and compassionate. I had doctors and nurses pray with me before my surgery. Thank you RUHS.

This place has horrible staff! They are mean and rude! They are also mean to their own staff. The nurses have really bad attitudes, especially some of the doctors. Just watch out for the medical Unit clerk there that's been there the longest. She's even worse!

The night RN's for the adolescences unit are super sweet and care a-lot about their patients. With all they have to go through and the time and patience they go through, they surely don't get enough credit.

Extremely rude staff. Very impatient people work here. There's only one nice man who works here from all the years that my family and I have visited my brother. He was the only person I've ever encountered in this facility that showed compassion to us. Everyone else asks heartless and always rushes our private visits or gives us a hard time. I truly hate this facility and think most of the staff is unprofessional.

This place is a disaster. Be prepared to wait weeks, months, or years for help. You will probably die before you get help.

Stopped by here really quick and the staff was nice and they remembered me. Tons of parking and easy access inside.
