This review is for Dr Hill and his medical assistant. If you have a medical problem or worse, a medical mystery, go to Dr Hill, don't waste your time with anyone else. I've seen many ENTs and he was by far the best. He has great bedside manner and is caring, but most importantly he is smart, knows his stuff, and can help you game plan, even for a tough issue. His MA was also excellent.

The hearing test person was awesome and very professional. Dr. Hill had great bedside manner. The MA or nurse for Dr. Hill was not so professional and had terrible bedside manner. She walked out of the room and immediately started talking about me to a coworker, unprofessional and completely inappropriate. The overall experience was good for the most part.

I have enjoyed the help from Dr. Larson. I went in for a clogged nostril and after consideration, he recommended surgery. I had a really bad deviated Septum and he was sure that was the problem. Recovery was painful, and allergy season if not the best time right after, but that was poor insight on my part and the recovery is rough for everyone. Dr. Larson's staff was amazing if the after surgery follow up calls and they were really caring about my issues. I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with breathing concerns.

My wife has Meniere's disease. She had a cochlear implant. Dr. Slattery is the best! He explained everything to both of us. He checked in on my wife every day while she was in the hospital. She had a labrynthectomy at the same time. She saw Ann for physical therapy after. Ann really helped her a lot! Jenna activated my wife's device for the implant. She is really good too! We were really pleased with everyone in the office. My wife said she would highly recommend Dr. Slattery and everyone in his office. Very happy!

Dr. Sharma Saved my life. Four years ago I was diagnosed with tongue cancer. Today I am looking forward to the 5th year of being cancer free. Dr Sharma removed a portion of my tongue getting clean edges but leaving enough so that I can almost speak normally. The surgery was quite extensive and included the removal of 53 lymph nodes. The recovery was difficult, but now it is hardly noticeable.
His after surgery care was extensive and helpful. Because of the clean edges I did have to have chemo or radiation, but he watched me with CT scans and physical exams over the passing four years. Simple words can't express my praise for his attention to detail and precise surgery coupled with his vast medical knowledge.

We love Dr. Dahl and his surgical team at Riverton hospital! However, this review is about the staff and processes that go on at the offices. We had a surgery scheduled for my 18-month-old daughter one month in advance. Somehow Dr. Dahl's medical assistant did not get our case files sent over to the hospital and so the hospital DID NOT get us on their surgery schedule.
I did, however, get a call from the ENT billing office and I had already paid Dr Dahl's dues; I also got a call for pre-registration for the surgery. Somehow the office staff let our case files fall through the cracks --how does that happen? His assistant Hayley told me, "I'm honestly just as clueless as you are." To make things worse. When trying to reschedule the surgery, it's taking me two or three days to even get back in contact with his medical assistant (who is apparently the only one who can schedule surgeries). This has been a horribly frustrating process just to get tubes in my daughter's ears. Go somewhere else if you have a good referral.

I would like to give zero stars. They do tests that aren't necessary and bill you for them. My high functioning Autistic son had an appointment to see Dr. Hill. Upon arrival I was not allowed to enter the building with him (covid). They took my son to have a hearing test though that was not what the appointment was for. They did not ask him if he was having any hearing or balance issues, nothing.
Just performed an unnecessary test and then billed us for it! They basically took advantage of an Autistic 21 year old who would not have known to question an unnecessary test. I think the House of Hearing that is associated with the ENT practice is very unethical. We will never use this practice again.

I just want make sure anyone that sees this knows what you're in for if you see Dr. Bennett. Not only did this man lie to me every opportunity he had, he also ruined my nose. After he completed my nose surgery and didn't even do what he said he was going to, come to find out my nose is now shaped like an S! It is very crooked and I have constant draining and breathing problems now.
I went to another doctor for a second opinion the other day who told me he didn't understand why Dr. Bennett even did the surgery because it was known not to be successful. I'm stuck walking around with a crooked nose until I can get into another plastic surgeon in May. The surgeon I saw said everything Dr. Bennett did has to be completely removed and redone.
This man is getting away with it and not even being held responsible. It's humiliating being stuck with a nose crooked like this. I have dripping snot at the most Embarrassing of times. I saw Dr. Bennett's partner because I refused to see him and I was told to be thankful I have to wear a mask right now these days. I wish badly someone else had warned me about this man! I'm completely disgusted with what he's getting away with.

My doctor was Dr. Dahl. This place is an absolute joke. Steer very clear! I had my tonsils and adenoids taken out through this center and 2 years later, my throat still looks like it went though a paper shredder. It was done very sloppily and I have flaps of tissue and an uneven mess going on where my tonsils used to be. It looks like a damn 3 year old took a steak knife to my throat.
After dealing with horrific mucus buildup for a year after my surgery, I visited the office once again to ask what was going on. Without any financial warning, they pulled me into another room and put a camera up my nose and down my throat to see the problem. After concluding that I was indeed right about the swelling and mucus, they charged my bill $645 and sent me on my way with some SEIZURE medication and steroids?!
What the hell! I'm not taking that shit! I received no warning about the cost, sloppy ass surgery results and obnoxious self-centered staff. They also gave me no refills for my pain meds after I'd run out just one week post-op; that's all they gave me enough for.recovery time is 4-6 weeks so what is that all about? So I called them up, sobbing of astronomical burning throat pain just after my surgery.
They denied me any more meds or refills and made it clear that they would not do so, no matter how badly I was hurting. I was told to "find an ice pack". After days more of pure agony, I called again pleading for more. They said "of course, why didn't you just ask sooner?" OH MY GOSH! They can't figure shit out for anything. A whole week in my life in the worst pain of my entire life--unnecessarily!
Literally who the hell are these people? They will run as many pointless tests as they can to run up your bill. He couldn't have told me there was swelling in my throat with a flashlight and tongue depressor? Nope! Had to do a $700 camera exploration. Absolute JOKE. He should have done it for FREE since the mucus buildup was a surgical error on HIS part!
Now I get to live with symptoms almost as bad as before I got my tonsils out because they don't know what the hell they're doing. My brother also got a surgery from Dr. Dahl and has even worse sinus problems now than before. Makes me think they screw your surgery up on purpose to get you coming back?

My first appointment with Dr. Diaz was great, he was very professional and straight forward telling me that I need surgery. He performed a biopsy (as he said that I a lump in my thyroid may be cancer) which was to be sent to the lab and to a genetic testing center. His medical assistant scheduled me an appointment for 2 weeks later. That's when things began to go downhill.
I arrived at my appointment at the scheduled date and time that the assistant had written on my card which I still had, only to be told that they didn't have an appointment for me that day. The gals at the front desk were very nice, and they said that they would fit me in. When I was called back to the room the Dr.'s assistant was there rather than the Dr.
I had many questions regarding the procedures that had been ordered for me. She couldn't answer my questions. She told me that the biopsy results were back from the lab but were not sent to the genetic testing center as I had been requested and she had ordered the biopsy sent to the center and that the results would be back on February 9. They scheduled me for another appointment and yesterday (February 12) I received a message that the Dr. was not going to be in the office on the day that they had scheduled for me and asked that I call to re-schedule.
I call twice and tried to speak to the assistant and could only leave a message asking for them to please call me to let me know the biopsy results. I called a third time and this time I pressed the option to schedule an appointment. I was able to re-schedule my appointment, again the gal was very nice. I asked her to please ask either the Dr. or his assistant to call me and let me know the results of the biopsy.
This may not be important to the MA or the Dr. at this point but they told me that I may have cancer and it is important to me. Dr. Diaz was great to tell me that I need surgery and may have cancer. Now, I'm just left wondering.

I was sent for imaging and then not contacted with the results for 5 1/2 weeks. I had called and left voicemails- still received no response. finally, I left a review on google and they called me back telling me to come in. Thanks, but no thanks. I had an instacare doctor tell me my results while I was being seen for something else. And when I finally did get a call back- no mention of the unreturned calls, or almost 6 week delay -and no apologies. If I ever need an ENT again, I'll go anywhere but here.

Worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office! The receptionist was not welcoming, I was a new patient, she handed me the paperwork and took my insurance card with out even taking her eyes off the computer she hardly said a word! When Dr. Miller came in he didn't make eye contact with me. Weird. He stood a little behind me and looked at the wall the whole time he talked to me.
He asked why I was in and I started to explain all my symptoms. He snapped at me and told me I was jumping around. Maybe I was, but I didn't need to be snapped at or talked to in that tone. He told me I could either get my tonsils removed or do a sleep study and he wanted me to decide right in that moment what I wanted to do with out explaining anything else or addressing my other concerns. He was very condescending. I have never left a Dr. appointment so upset and frustrated.

My daughter had been sick for over 1.5 years with throat and ear pain, and malaise. We'd been to several doctors. Eventually we found Dr. Jepson, who did some blood work and thought her tonsils and adenoids should come out. She did the brutal surgery and was a great patient. When we called to schedule for her 3 week follow-up appointment we couldn't even get it. (One would think that the office would keep openings for surgical patients.) Weeks later we got in.
At 2.3 months she started to feel bad. Sore throats, ear pain, all the original issues seemed to be back. When we called Jepsons office we were told to go see our family doctor who knows NOTHING ABOUT HER THROAT OR SURGERY. He didn't know what was wrong. We paid a copay and filled a scrip that made no difference. My daughter is now feeling ill again, missing school, and back to where we started. I, of course, have a big medical bill and no answers. I'm wondering if the surgery was in vain.
More than anything I'm upset that there's no care or concern for a young girl who has been through hell. I'm only giving one star because the site makes me. I'm beyond upset with this medical office and doctor.

Dr Dahl is wonderful and so kind to his patients. I'm so glad that we had a friend refer our daughter to him. She had to have her tonsils and adenoids removed and so far the process has been as good as expected. The office is clean and cozy and the staff is great! The billing department was kind enough to walk me through how my insurance works and what to expect.

I have been here three times the past two weeks for vertigo diagnosis. They are thorough! They tested my hearing, balance, vision, ear canals, etc. It only took a few days to schedule the initial appointment. Great receptionist, medical assistant, audiologist intern, and physicians (I went to Dr. Craig Anderson). I felt they really cared about my health.
They explained all the procedures and went over all test results. Nice building, parking lot, bathrooms, waiting lounge with instructional videos and comfortable chairs. Easy freeway access. Highly recommend this business.
