Dr. Young did my tubal reversal in September 2021 and got a positive pregnancy test January 2022. I had my first prenatal appointment with my new OB doctor on February and had a sonogram, everything looks good and baby is doing fine : I'm so blessed and thankful, Dr. Young did an amazing job, I highly recommend him!

I would recommend this facility and their staff over and over again! They were very kind and understanding and would answer questions as they would arise! I had my surgery with Dr. Young on 3/11/22 and I must say him and his staff went over and beyond to care for me and to make sure that I understood everything that was taking place. The day after my surgery an on call nurse called me to check on me and to make sure I was doing okay and made sure that if I had any questions that I could give her a call and she would be glad to assist me.
I've had my follow up with Dr. Young and again he went over and beyond to answer all of my questions and never made it seem as if I were a bother! If you are having issues with fertility, you should go through Mid Iowa Fertility! You won't be disappointed!

I called to schedule an appointment with them and the receptionist was rude. I asked her if they do with anything with pcos and she said are you trying to get pregnant and i said yes and she responded with oh. that's not helpful. So i won't be going to mid iowa fertility and i won't let anyone i know go there either. You don't have people who don't care about patients being the first experience with your company.

Mid Iowa Fertility is amazing. It took many trys to get things working and Dr. Cooper and Sheila never gave up on us. They were always positive and ready to try the next thing. My husband and I are so greatful to meet such amazing people. We still are calling and emailing them with questions and they respond back so quickly. My husband and I still have a long road ahead of us but we never would of got this far without them. Thank you Mid Iowa Fertility for all you do!

I have had a good experience with this company. I decided to give them 4 starts. The Nurses at the company can be difficult at times to get ahold of. I'm not sure how busy they are or how many they have witch both could contribute to the difficulty of getting ahold of them for questions. I have had a moment where it took a few days before a call back but after expressing my difficulty they did correct their habit. Lately if I have left a message, most of the time they will get back to me within a hour or two.
The front desk girls are so polite and quick with check in. Although you can't see their mouths you can still see their smile though their eyes. Same with the girls who did my labs. Very polite! My doctor who preformed my surgery was a prayer answered! Dr. Cooper has an energetic attitude and if full of knowledge. He's great at giving many options when it comes to your care and seems very personal with his work. I do and have recommended him to other people who need similar care.
