Avoid these people at all costs. There are new doctors on staff every 3 months and it's exhausting because they're always having to update records and files, which mean more unnecessary tests and costs. They will not be helpful. I've had ADHD and have taken adderall for almost 7 years consistently. They wanted me to do a drug screening before writing me a new script -AFTER I'd been coming to them for two years.
I got profiled as a drug addict more or less. They're terrible. Stay away. UPDATE: Their billing department CONTINUES to call me even after all of this insanity, so no, no thank you, Joel, instead I wanted to send all of my concerns to these folks, particularly regarding Dr. Marshall, who is now the "sheriff" (her words) of all things Central North Alabama Health. I look forward to seeing what the state board says about your actions.

A few weeks ago, I was driving from Huntsville to Nashville and was horribly sick with sinus infection and incessant coughing. I did a Yelp search and found this place. The info on the net and on the building stated that they took walk-ins for another hour or two on that day. I called to verify and the gentleman stated that they were no longer taking walk-ins that day and he recommended that I keep driving to Ardmore, that there was a walk-in option there.
The two stars are because the was nice and the recommendation in Ardmore really was amazing. However, this place shouldn't advertise that they take walk-ins when they don't.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone when you call. There is always a long wait to be seen (both times I went, the wait was at least an hour), and not too impressed with the wait for blood-work results. I was told it would be a week before results would be available. Really? The lab is on-site! It's not like the people going there are sick and would like to know what's wrong relatively soon so they can get proper treatment or anything.
