Today was my first time at Itec. It was absolutely a terrible experience I have ever had. The lady in pink in the back doing eye exams was so rude and rushing me.

I deplore the lady named Angela who returns the patient's calls. Every time that I have talked to her she has been very rude. Also this year I have had three appointments, two for infections and the last for exam. Still have problems.

Front office personnels are rude. I asked them did they take Humana Vision Insurance. Front office person stated Humana doesn't have vision insurance. I'm sorry do you work for Humana miss big neck cause obviously Humana does have vision insurance.

Worked me in for a optometrist emergency visit. Very efficient staff and great facility!

The staff was nice but the doctor wasn't very patient with my child. Definitely not good with children. I will just have to drive 80 miles to childrens because I wouldn't subject him to that again.

Anita, office manager at ITEC is rude, unprofessional and condescending. If ITEC wants to keep existing patients/customers or acquire new patients/customers maybe they need to hire a more professional employee or offer employee training classes on customer service etiquette!

My girlfriend took her grandmother there for an appointment and that will be the absolute last time she goes there. A worker there named Cindy was the worst. She does not deserve to be working there if she wants to treat an 80 year old women in the way she did. She didn't introduce herself and had a terrible attitude. I will be calling corporate and letting them know what happened today. If i could give 0 stars I would. Also let me not forget that my girlfriend had to ask if her grandma's eyes needed sunglasses before she was about to leave.

I recently purchased new eyeglasses from ITEC, from Jill, the optician, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jill was very patient while letting me browse and try on the pairs they carry, and she was helpful and courteous in offering her advice on which frame style would best suit my facial features - something I was particularly appreciative of.

Beyond that, she also showed great diligence in making sure the frames fit just right and would be to my liking. I'll definitely return if I ever need further eyeglasses services. I may even switch eye doctors to become a full ITEC patient.

I called Itec Montgomery to schedule an eye exam and asked to confirm if my insurance would be accepted. I was advised via phone that my insurance would be accepted for my visit. On the day of my scheduled appointment i presented my insurance card to the representative at the front desk. She made a copy of the card and advised my insurance would cover my visit.

I was then advised i owed a balance of $175 after obtaining my eye exam and denied my prescription. The information provided to me was incorrect and very misleading. Since this time i have obtained another eye exam and prescription from another provider who actually accepts my eye insurance. I contacted the billing department and received very poor customer service.

I was denied the option of a payment arrangement and told i needed to "pay my bills". I would like to bring awareness to the shady business practices of Itec Montgomery. Employees are extremely rude!. This business needs to be shut down immediately!

For at least 2 or 3 years, I have chosen the Institute for Total Eye Care for all of my procedures. This includes cataract surgery on both eyes and a procedure on my lids. The doctors have always been nice and has always delivers exactly what he says.

I have been a patient of Institute For Total Eye Care for over five years. The doctor is friendly, thorough, and had a nice bedside manner.

Everything at Institute For Total Eye Care is really good for me. He was the best eye doctor that I have ever been to. He paid all my co-pays for me when they sent me to another doctor, a specialist that I was referred to. He is really nice.

I have been going to the Institute for Total Eye Care for several years now. The staff there is wonderful and always treats me well. They always seem curious and are asking about how I am. It's great.

Whenever I have an appointment at the Institute for Total Eye Care, I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Whenever I drop off my son for his appointment, I have no doubt that he'll be fine and comfortable throughout the visit. It's clear that they care about patient care and happiness.

The Institute for Total Eye Care is a wonderful place to make a part of your normal medical routine. They keep things on time, seeing that I don't think I have ever needed to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. How great is that?

My son has been going to the Institute for Total Eye Care for about 13 years now and I have never thought of taking him elsewhere. Dr. Hager is very professional, as well as the rest of the staff. I really feel like the entire office is so courteous and that they really care about my son.
