They are unprofessional I had to keep calling for over a three months to get my sons shot records and physical sent to his daycare.

I love both Dr. Brownridges! I was referred to them from a friend doing her residency under Dr. Brownridge. They are my first experience with a pediatrician and they have been thorough, very responsive and knowledgeable. I like that they have an online portal to look up everything and book appointment. They also have a connection to BJC with is where my doctors are.

I drive from really far just to see them and it's worth it. The only thing I had to get used to was there front office staff. Over the phone they can sound a bit rude but in person they are actually really helpful. My husband and I decided to overlook an unpleasant phone interaction before our first visit and make a determination based on the actual doctors and in person custom service. Glad we did! We look forward to our son being in their care

Staff is rude and highkey have always been since my child started with them in 2019. Wait time is ridiculous every single visit. I called yesterday to get a prescription filled that had expired. One lady assured me she would get right on it. Called a day later and "the doctors are at a funeral" and tell me to go to ER for hydrocortisone. Switched me to three different workers to give me the same answer. Jana was rude and got on the phone as if she was going to "check me".

Because I'm upset they have no other medical staff on file to get this approved. The doctors are always "out" and don't have a NP on site to handle simple requests. I have referred them to many people, but they'll be lucky if they see us again. OH AND THEY CHARGE parents $50+ dollars to fill out FMLA papers.

I didn't care too much for this visit. Did not get seen because of insurance for Medicaid was not approved fully for my new grandbaby. I don't understand what that means but anyways we were refused services but given a DCN number from the assistant at the front desk. If given a decent number and you're saying we're not approved because of name or date of birth missing it just does not make sense.

If you have a newborn make sure you're covered before you go in otherwise you will be turned around. So they get a one star because I feel it's just all about money not the well-being of the patients. When clearly there is payment and reimbursement in effect. I'm not sure of the new rules and services through covid but this was a very disturbing visit.

Receptionist is rude, will sit and finish a text before acknowledging your arrival, the last appointment my kids had, we waited over 2 hrs before being seen. the tat on message response via the portal has taken them almost a week, they never have availability when you need to being your kid in for a sick visit. And my youngest caught hand foot and mouth a few months ago, tried to get a appoitment so dr browridge could see him, was told no availability, sent a message via the portal no response. Idk what changed over the years because it wasn't always like this.

Best kids doctor in town love dr.brownridge, same staff for years and they always have such positive attitudes. All my children and future children will continue care with him until further notice.

Amazing doctors and staff. I would not take my child anywhere else.

My My daughter is 28 now she was a patient of Dr. Earlene highly recommended for your daughter's. I have 2 son's one is 25 and the other will be 18 in a few weeks. Dr. Seth is an amazing Dr. It's bittersweet because my son want be a kid anymore. It has felt like family here since 1993. We love u both the Ward family since 1993 until 2021

I was referred here by my mother-in-law. The Brownridges were the pediatricians for all her children. It was really important for me to have an African American pediatrician. Even better, the business is black owned and operated. The environment is everything I could have hoped for. Clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. All my questions get uncomplicated answers. They take good care of my son & me as well.

My kids have been going here for years. Very good Doctor's. They explain things to you and let you voice your concerns. Good staff as well. Never had a problem.
