The doctors and staff are excellent. Doctors are the best at what they do. My biopsy was totally painless and my prostatectomy experience was far better than I anticipated, virtually no pain! Cleveland TN has the best in town, why go anywhere else!

Great physicians and staff, but in my opinion discontinuing in office blood draw was a dis-service to their clients. Nobody wants to drive to the other side of town to some shopping mall clinic to get that done! What an inconvenience and a pain in the @&$$ Reconsider your move to "cost efficiency "!

The team at TN Valley Urology is wonderful. The entire staff is kind and helpful. They try to get you in to see a doctor or PA as quickly as possible and work to achieve patient wellness in a sensible manner - all are recommended. I've been a patient for 15 years and have never had a complaint.

Office personnel experience was good. But the doctor that exam me was my greatest concern. He had my referral papers and after viewing it he ask, why are you here? He proceeded to make comments about x-ray techs that they make the wrong diagnosis of what they see when its not a problem. "I just want to know why you are here"? If I use this business in the future, its not likely I'll make an appointment with the same doctor.
