We work closely with primary care physicians and allergists with the treatment of patients with ENT problems. Chronic sinus infections and allergic sinus conditions are increasingly common in the Mid South. Using a combination of CT scans and endoscopy techniques, otolaryngologists examine the inside of the nose and identify potentially serious sinus conditions.
Dr. Shannon Kimmel has been working in the field of Audiology since 1998. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1996 with a Bachelor's degree of Science, and in 1998 with a Master's degree of Science in Audiology. In 2004, she continued her education and graduated from the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center with a Doctorate in Audiology.

Be prepared to wait for them. Customer service is not a priority. We waited 30 min to be seen, which is weird because our appt was at 845 so I assume we would be first up for the day. BUT, if you can afford to wait all day, Dr Milburn was helpful, thorough and efficient. Update: next visit. they force us to wear a mask despite the whole world has moved on. And when I ask it they are running on schedule, I'm told 'we have no idea'. So much for customer service.

Went in for an appointment with Dr. Milburn to discuss sleep apnea issues on a Thursday and ended with with a tonsillectomy surgery schedule for Tuesday the following week! Surgery went well, Milburn answered all questions and concerns in a very confident and professional manner. I have been breathing in 4k since the surgery! I received my CPAP which was recommended by a different ENT about a year ago. I do not need it anymore! Great experience.

I've had the worst experience. I don't recommend anyone go here. They originally moved my appointment from 1 week later to 3weeks. Then when I went there and I explained the problem them said they need imaging done but "forgot" to do it. Had me turn around half way from home. Ended up saying they need an MRI done. Once that was done they said it wasn't the correct placement and would need another one.
In which turn it was refused by the insurance. Would not own up to their mistake and now claim that there isn't a cure. When asking for copies of the order and paperwork all they are doing is giving a run around. Very unprofessional and causing more suffering then treatment for the patient. Can't believe the horrible service! Do not go here if you want to get better!

Everyone here is super nice and Dr. Burge was my ent doctor. He did amazing with everything. He explained stuff when I asked and more. He goes above and beyond. Literally my hero since he solved my nasal and tonsil problem this very morning of 1/26/2021! He made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and my recovery before It even started. I recommend this ENT place and I definitely recommend Dr. Burge.
Also a quick shoutout to Nikki (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) who is a nurse at the ent place, and Shannon who does scheduling. She worked non stop to get my insurances approval! Much appreciation for all these people.

I saw Dr. Burge he and his staff were amazing. I was on a really short time line and they got me into an appointment, in for the evaluations I needed and then in for my procedure quickly and efficiently. My wait times were never more than the average 20-30minutes to be seen and all my questions were answered and I was always treated kindly and with respect. If you are looking for an ENT Doc, I recommend Dr. Burge!

I feel very comfortable with Dr Touliatos and staff. he is very personable and experienced with what i need to have done. i am excited about surgery! After 16+ years of treatment at the VA and all they did was pass out antibiotics. i am positive about a new quality of life! I do want to address the wait time. i didn't pay attention and really dont care but an hour isn't a long wait for quality service.

I brought my 2-year-old son to see Dr. Klug because he was having frequent ear infections. He and his staff worked so well with my little guy! They were patient and caring, and clearly explained the treatment options and expected outcome. Two weeks after his treatment, my son's language is already dramatically improving because he can hear! Many thanks to this great team of experts for taking care of my son!
