Dr. Bittings and his staff are so nice! They make you feel so comfortable and welcome. They take time to answer your questions and are most helpful in every way!

Was really scared of having cataract surgery however with Dr Kessler it was a breeze! Didn't feel a thing, it was quick, no post problems, and terrific personality. I highly recommend Dr Kessler and the office staff couldn't be any nicer. The young lady who examined me first each time (Nicole?) Very pleasant I love her.

This was my first time going to this vision center and I loved it. The Doctor was nice and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was changing with my eyes, Even with my appointment being on two days both were easy and I was seen fast. The staff was great as well. I would recommend this Vision Center to everyone!

We have been seeing Dr Weintraub for over 20 years. His staff are all very helpful & we've never had an issue getting appointments. Just recently, during a routine eye exam, my husband was found to have bleeding behind one eye. He was quickly seen by an eye surgeon, Dr. Lackenpau, who stopped the bleeding, thus saving his vision. The quick intervention & treatment, by both phycians, certainly prevented loss of vision in his eye.

I'm a long time patient of Dr. Bittings and he always is friendly, efficient and takes the time to talk and answer any questions I have. I feel that he truly cares about my long term eye health. I like the redecorated office and the staff is friendly and professional.

I feel very uncomfortable with the way I was treated by Dr. I could not get to explain anything about my issues. I was rushed through eye exam. Dr was rude and condescending. Tried to talk. I was cut off. Hopefully the prescription is correct. Since they longer do glasses on location any more. The staff is great.

They are quick to get you in and out. I love Dr. Biddings too. He's kind, pleasant and thorough. His assistant who took me back first, did some eye examination, out drops in etc., she was very pleasant also. The front office is very nice as well. I have no complaints.

Dr. Kessler is with out a dought one of the best ophthalmologist in the country. He and his staff are very professional and helpfull. He performed cateract surgery on me and installed corrective lenses that gave me 20/20 vision. I was very myopic and he told me up front that he didnt know if he could get me 20/20 vision but he did. Great Doctor and experience. Thank you!

It is never unpleasant to go to my ophthalmologist, but this visit was especially comfortable. Nicole was assisting and she has such a calming way of talking to patience especially when they are anticipating news that a surgery is eminent. She is a gem and of course Dr. Kessler is awesome!

Clean office with lots of natural light, which I appreciate! The chairs were spaced out nicely, and administrative staff were kind and helpful. Nicole did my preliminary eye test and prep and I love that she explained everything to me; she helped me feel at ease. Dr. Weintraub was friendly and thorough. It was a great experience! Thank you!

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Bitings. My son recommended Carroll Vision Center and I'm glad he did. The visit was top notch from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

I'm rating on behalf of my 90 year old Mom who happens to simply adore everyone at this office. From check in thru her departure everyone is well organized and very polite with my Mom and myself all the time, every time. Personally, I thank everyone for the wonderful care and the patience everyone at this practice gives to my mom and myself. Mom and I appreciate you all. Thank you!

Waiting room chairs spaced nicely. Receptionist, techs and eye Dr are all very nice. The techs would tell me what they were going to do before proceeding. Eye Dr explained everything he was doing and didn't push me to get a new prescription since my vision hadn't changed. He even acknowledged he doesn't like his patients to spend money unnecessarily. I've been going to this practice for about 8 years now and am very happy with my eye care

The staff is pleasant and efficient. Dr. Kessler has been my ophthalmologist for many years. He is very good at explaining what he is doing and gentle as well. I have a great deal of confidence in him. He has performed surgery for cataracts and managed a difficult health problem all with excellent results. I highly recommend him!

My interaction with the doctor s in this practice has always been professional and caring. I give Doctor Biddings five stars. However, I didn't care for the patient check in kiosk. I am computer savvy but I still had to go to the receptionist for help since the questions being asked were not clear or choices that were given were not applicable to my situation.

I noticed many of the patients were elderly and were having great difficulty in navigating the computer and inputting their patient information. Yes the staff says they will help you, but send all patients immediately to the computer kiosk s initially. By the time you get through inputting certain data, questions arise that are confusing and unanswerable in some instances through tapping the screen and must be discussed with a human being.

So the patient has spent time and effort trying to check in, sometimes 10 minutes or more, and still has to start all over again with a human being. I found it ironic that this is an eye care office and most patients have difficulty seeing to begin with and having to read the small print on a computer screen and follow instructions that are not very clear was difficult.

And most elderly people are not computer-friendly to begin with. Obviously being aware of the patient demographic of the practice was not taken into consideration when these computer kiosks were installed. I deal with the elderly in my business 80% of the time and our client interaction model is always human being first.

THE BEST! And because I had a very long hard journey getting to cataract surgery (no fault of Doctor Kessler or his staff), I can give a very fair review because I had seen one other doctor about this condition. First off, the office staff at Carroll Vision Center (in particular Cindy) makes you feel WELCOME! You are treated with respect and courtesy.

That you do indeed belong there. Now to Doctor Kessler. Professional, warm and friendly like his wonderful staff, and he takes time to talk to you, listen to you and explains very very well. I ALWAYS felt in extreme capable hands. HE BROUGHT MY SIGHT BACK! I can see clearer again. The surgery was painless, and even after surgery, there was no discomfort.

Post op appointments you still feel like a valued client. I would totally recommend Doctor Andrew Kessler if you need cataract surgery. I am beyond pleased. Blessed, grateful, amazed are just a few words that I can say to describe my experience.
