I've had some really bad experiences with doctors lately. My chief complaint would be the lack of empathy, feeling rushed and just overall bad bed-side-manners. But this was NOT the case with Dr. Nancy Han. From the moment I walked into her office, the staff was personable, and they seemed genuinely happy to see me. Rebecca, (Dr. Han's assistant) was wonderful.
Even though I was there for a very painful foot issue, she had me in stitches (the funny kind. I love her.) And then there is Dr. Han herself. She didn't rush, she was extremely knowledgeable, she listened to me and asked all the right questions. And even though she stuck me with a very painful needle filled with "good medicine", she is one of the best doctor's I've encounter in a long time. I had been having intermittent pain in my right foot for months! And I had heard it all from none professionals "hair line fracture" "maybe you broke it" "gout" "blah blah blah". After having been fed up with the pain, I finally decided to make a visit to Patient First. At least they can X-ray and tell me if anything is broken. After 3 hours I was sent home with no information.
The doctor had no idea what was causing my pain and I felt completely invalidated. But she did refer me to Dr. Gordon. So I made an appointment. My guard was up pretty high because I'd been let down before. But let me tell you. his staff was so nice. Very relatable, talking to them was like talking to my friends & that made my tension and apprehension go way down. Dr. Gordon is just as friendly and knew exactly what my issue was almost immediately. (This guy knows feet!) He diagnosed me, found some resolutions and I feel like I have a BRAND NEW FOOT! It's been over a month and I've not had one pain in my foot! Dr. Gordon is the foot God! I swear!

Absolutely fantastic doctors and staff. I had been having toe numbness for almost half a year, I came in and with a few x-rays they believed they knew what was wrong. Fitted my foot with a temporary orthotic to see if it would help, it did (somewhat) so on the second visit they did the full 3d scans of my foot to build one to fix what I had (morton's neuroma).
While I was there on the 2nd visit, I reminded the doc that another option he had mentioned was injecting powerful steroids into my feet near the swollen nerve, and since I am not the scared of needles sort I would like to give that a shot too since it would either help until I got the orthotic, or do nothing/indicate the problem might not be so certain. Doc said sure, he numbed my foot up with some cod spray, and hit be with injections in both of them.
Barely felt either, I donate blood regularly and this was nothing. BEFORE I LEFT THE OFFICE I could feel my toes again. Definitely recommend this place, and Doctor Greene specifically, if you have foot issues.

I'm really impressed with this place. I've never been to a podiatrist before and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Reasonable prices for the uninsured, and I must say everyone that I dealt with before seeing the doctor was wonderful; the receptionist was very helpful, the nurse was SO pleasant and patient and doctor Hafner himself was also wonderful. Fantastic even.
He listened to every single thing I said and took all of my questions seriously. He made sure I understood what he was saying to me when he described my conditions and possible treatments. He literally showed me a skeletal model of the foot and demonstrated exactly what he was saying to help me understand. He even volunteered information about cost effective ways of obtaining treatments. Oh, and the office itself was clean and pleasant. I just can't say enough about how good I feel about choosing this particular practice for my foot needs.

Dr. Gordon performed a bunionectomy on both my feet and he did a fantastic job; no more bumps and no more pain! He was professional, kind and caring, and knowledgeable. His staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I appreciated the follow-up after both of my surgeries, even during the pandemic. The office is clean and everyone keeps to the pandemic standards to provide a safe environment for its staff and patients. I have already referred a colleague to this group. They provide excellent service!

From the first phone call to the last appointment every staff member and doctor were helpful and friendly. Our son had a trauma to his toe, and the staff worked to get us in immediately. Dr. Gordon is on time, efficient, honest. We always felt taken care of and heard. We cannot recommend this practice enough.

I have been seeing Dr. Gordon at Manassas Foot and Ankle Center on and off for over 15 years for various problems with my feet from bunions to plantar fasciitis. The latest round was for a broken ankle on the right and Achilles tendinosis on the left. Overall, I have been to this office dozens of times over the years, and I have been highly satisfied with my treatment every single time. Dr. Gordon is personable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable.
He has always treated me with respect and kindness and always answers my many questions thoroughly. Any time I have had a foot or ankle injury, I look forward to being referred to Dr. Gordon because I know I will leave his office with a solid treatment and recovery plan, and I will feel reassured that I am in good hands. His staff are also very courteous and professional.
