Physical therapy is one of the foremost necessary treatment modes of recovery for back pain. A referral to physiotherapy sometimes is created by your spine surgeon.

Serving the region for over 30 years, we have a strong tradition of community support, charitable giving, and our providers regularly devote time to The Shriners Hospital for Children.

We reserve appointment slots daily to receive patients who present with an injury or some problem that their physician feels must be evaluated within 24 to 48 hours.When you access our appointment staff, just identify yourself as calling from a physician's office with a patient that has an injury or semi-urgent problem.

I've had quite a few surgery's, and not all from Massachusetts. However this was by far the most pleasant experience. Dr. Luber and his team are absolutely phenomenal to say the very least. Great. Every part of process from when I stepped into building until I left went smoothly. I'm impressed with their informational updated website. I've been a patient there for many years. I give 5 s to Peter Michaud P.A. He is the only one I will allow to give me injections. He listens and cares. We discussed what the strategy would be to best address first, second, etc. steps towards managing my pain and achieving the necessary goals for my total hip replacement & knee(s).
I left with the hope that gave me the needed physical & emotional strength to keep going. I was so close to giving up with the severe pain resulting from the degenerative bone disease I have in so many of my joints. Thank you, Peter.

The practice was absolutely professional and supportive in my care. They were very quick to assist me in the urgent care office and help to get things moving along for my treatment. Working with Tim Rice he helped me to fully understand what could be happening with my injury and ensured that follow up occurred in a timely manner. Very reassuring and overall a positive experience.

This was my first visit to NEOS. Very well run for such a busy practice. They would be a wonderful model for other medical offices on how to run a practice efficiently. Every staff member was patient, listened, were kind and helpful from start to finish. They all made me feel valued. Dr. Ziegler was wonderful. He is kind and had an attentive chair side manner.
He thoroughly evaluated my condition, was patient not rushed, listened to my concerns, explained everything. He helped quell my anxiety, I felt confident I was in good hands.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. From the clerk downstairs, the clerk upstairs, the x ray tech, the doctors assistant, the doctor and the clerk at the physical therapy office. They were all very kind, helpful, and the doctor was able to tell me what was going on with me. X rays were done illness was discovered and referral was given.
Now I'm on my way to recovery. Thank you all for your excellent services. I am beyond grateful for your services. I didn't know about the urgent care clinic New England Ortho had but I tell you I am very happy they have an urgent care clinic because it provides quick services and treatment plan. I know waiting to get in to see an orthopedic can be long but the urgent care clinic avoids the long waits.

Elizabeth Sklar has been fantastic! She listens closely, is compassionate and very thorough. She diagnosed the problem I was having quickly and accurately. She identified and recommended exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issue I was experiencing. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I am so happy my niece told me about urgent care at New England Orthopedics Bernie Ave., Springfield. They took me in so quickly and Michael the PA-C was fantastic. He knew exactly what was going on listened to me as we both discussed my condition. He explained the x-rays and made arrangements for me to have an MRI. I was @NE O S on Friday and the MRI is already scheduled for Wednesday.
Depending on the results of that we discussed what the options might possibly be. I would recommend this facility to everyone and you couldn't ask for a nicer person than Michael. The entire staff was friendly And professional

I cannot say enough about how pleased I have been with my interactions with NEOS. Knee replacement runs like a well-oiled machine. As a patient you know exactly what to expect, what to do and who to call should you have any problem because of their intensive, well-thought out literature and patient interactions. Dr. Lehman and his team do an amazing job to meet your every need in the office, in the hospital, in PT and even urgent care should you need to avail yourself of those services as well.
