New England Dermatology

Melissa, PA is wonderful! I had a small something removed. She explained everything. Her bedside manner is one of compassion, kindness and professionalism. I had a very short wait before I was shown in to the exam room. Everyone at the office was wonderful. Thank you so much for the excellent care. I am very very grateful to you all!

The people I dealt with were very professional and friendly. It took a little while to get in but once they started the procedure went fairly quickly and smoothly. The doctor explained what he would be doing and ensured that I was properly prepared. I do recommend them for anyone needed this sort of professional treatment.

One complaint that I have is the emphasis that was put on my companion/driver not being able to wait in the waiting room. However, while I was in the waiting room alone, at least three patients had companions wait with them. One of the patients had TWO companions wait with her. This does not seem right. And all the patients alone were silent and probably expected a quiet place to read, etc. But, the accompanied patients disturbed that quiet with their conversation. Again, that does not seem right!

Dr. Glaser is the best! His experience shows in the way he treats me as a patient, and as an informed person, with respect. I have confidence that he knows exactly what he's doing, understands what my issues are, without having me explain too much, he knows exactly what I'm talking about, after my 27 years of skin cancer surgeries, I know my body by now, and he respects that.

He helped me so much this past visit, going above and beyond what I was there initially to do, I am so grateful to him for being open and caring enough to help me with other lesions on my body that had come up. Dr. Glaser's PA is also terrific, I think her name is Kate, and she knew exactly what to do before he even asked her to do it, really on top of things, made me feel very comfortable.

Check-in with the front staff was easy, I was escorted to an examination room about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the medical technician was very nice, Dr Cunningham arrived shortly after. He was very nice, explained the procedure, asked me if I had any questions. He was very thorough with the facts and that the plastic surgeon's office would contact me to schedule a surgery appointment. I am pleased with my New England Dermatology experience.

I've been a patient for years and always pleased by this team. Wait times are minimal, the staff is pleasant and fun. Dr. Blumburg is very thorough and dedicated to my health. I know because he keeps a little piece of me every time I visit! I have recommended family and friends to him and they are all pleased well. I highly recommend Dr Blumburg and New England Dermatology.

New England Dermatology has very professional staff. Every single employee shows that Customer Service is their priority, by being Courteous, as well as Knowledgeable. It is very comforting to see that this organization has a great team.

I was very pleased with our experience at New England dermatology. Dr. Loosemore was great with my mom who had a squamous cell carcinoma removed from her forehead, which is healing well. They are very friendly there, yet professional and the wait time was quite short. We highly recommend this practice.

This was my second appointment with Erika Silk. Just like the first visit, I am very impressed with her. First and foremost, she takes the necessary time with the patient to insure the needs are met. She greets you with a warm, caring smile and puts you at ease. In the past, I've had several different PA's and doctors. She is number one to me several weeks ago, my wife needed an appointment abd I encouraged her to request Erika. She, too, was very leased.

The rest of the experience was equally first rate. A spacious, safe waiting room on Main Street and a very punctual system adddd to the positive experience! I wasn't in the waiting room more than two or three minutes. Kudos to New England Dermatology!

My appointment time wait was very short. The assistant did a wonderful explaining what was going to happen. Dr. Blumberg did a fantastic job of determining any questionable spots he was concerned about. He corrected any skin problems I had, and made recommendations for any future procedures. I felt very confident in his evaluation.
