I have been a patient of Dr. King's since 2015. She has been wonderful through all of my pregnancies and health complications I have had. She has never pushed me to receive the covid vaccine. Or pushed me to do anything I was not comfortable with. I would recommend Dr. King to anyone. The staff/nurses have always been very kind as well.

I am halfway through my first trimester, this is my first baby. I called New Life Associates because my mother went through them with both her children and I thought they could be trusted. My first ultrasound was supposed to be April 6th, and I was SO looking forward to it. However, they just called to cancel on me. Are you kidding me? They're "getting new ultrasound machines so we'll be under-going training." I picked April 6th because it worked with my work schedule, and I had already requested that day off from work.

Why would I want to reschedule my FIRST ultrasound? First of all, why are they having training during business hours, when people are expecting them to be open? Not only that, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and it didn't sound like she knew what she was doing. She had to put me on hold and look at an OBGYN wheel to figure out how far along I am when it SHOULD be on file, and I could have told her how far along I am!

I had to go cry in the bathroom at work because I was so upset. You guys just lost a patient FOR LIFE. I hope in the future you are more considerate of your patients so this NEVER happens again. I feel sorry for anyone else who had something important scheduled that day. SHAME ON YOU! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS

It was my first time going to an ob/gyn and saw Dr. Nicole King. I felt attacked for not getting and/or wanting the covid vaccine. I was stating facts straight from the CDC website and was told I was wrong and that it was false information. She would interrupt me and had no desire to listen to my thoughts and opinions. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Will never go to an ob/gyn ever again, especially this one.

I had a great OB experience with New Life Associates and the care during birth was so much better than I could have hoped for. Paula truly set the bar for what I expect if i have future pregnancies.

Don't go here! I went to Dr. Gentry in May 2017 because I was bleeding. I thought I was pregnant. He did an exam and a regular pee test. That test came back negative so he told me I was having a miscarriage. I went through 4 weeks of crying and anger and sadness. I went to therapy. I was a mess. After 4 weeks I still felt terrible so I went to a different doctor.

They did a blood test and an ultrasound and we found out I was actually almost 8 weeks pregnant. Dr. Gentry still sent me a bill and refuses to remove the charges. He is a terrible doctor who lacks thoroughness and is purely driven by greed. Do not go here.

I've been there for all 3 of my kids and they are so amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very nice facility and very nice staff. **UPDATE ** on baby number 5 and still going there! Still a 5 star review from me!
