I typically don't have high standards for medical offices, but this office was especially awful. No communication from any staff. Instead of calling to schedule appointments they just put you on the schedule - call you randomly one day and say you have an appointment within 48 hours - and then when you call to reschedule they say they don't have anything for weeks (or you have to call someone else to reschedule?).
The one appointment I had with a doctor, I was the first appointment of the day, but waited over an hour (with nobody else in the waiting room). The doctor never turned around to look at me, gave me no information, and walked out. As someone who works as a medical professional, this was pathetic. Unfortunately now I won't have my testing completed before my due date, and I have no time to get in with another cardiologist.

This is absolutely the worst possible place I have ever seen in my life! Because of Covid all Cardiology Dr. office's were impossible to get into so this explains why it was so easy to get in to this place! I needed an emergency Stress Test etc. I would Definitely not recommend this place from the extreme rudeness of the Dr. I saw to the carelessness of the staff to anyone with such an important medical condition!

ZERO STARS, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR QUALITY CARE. I had quite literally the MOST disappointing, invalidating experience I have ever had with a medical practice at West Chester Cardiology. I started a journey to get to the root of chest pain, palpitations, numbness, and light headedness. The scheduling process to even be seen for a number of tests took over three months, with a total of 3 missed work days as a public school teacher for no reason due to cancellations with almost zero legitimate and consistent communication from the office as to why appointments were cancelled or rescheduled.
On top of all of this, I felt I was never properly heard from the doctor I saw at this practice. Not only did he not review my charts before a follow up appointment (this followed an in-office stress test and echocardiogram as well as a three day halter monitor), he did not even know that I had an echo done at HIS practice two months prior. I was also prescribed a beta blocker by this same doctor for palpitations and the doctor answered zero questions as to why I needed to take this, how long I needed to be on it, and if I needed to be aware of any side effects or interactions with other medications that I am on.
Never once in my life have I written a negative review, but I do not wish the kind of experience I had with this practice on ANYONE. It will be a waste of your time, resources, and sanity. Stay away at all costs.

Physicians great but impossible to get anyone to answer phone. Last week I had to wait 58 minutes first time and 42 minutes second call. Makes it impossible to do business with them. Would recommend alternative practice which is more patient focused Today called 9 times and sent two emails. Could not reach a single human or get anyone, including Dr Paul to return my calls or have the professional courtesy to response to my messages.
My God, I needed a prescription refill and now I have put my own health at risk because of this association of "cardiologists". It's Friday and I guess they want me to go through the weekend without medication. Is this quality health care Dr Paul? Is this what you guys stand for?

Since my 1st appointment have nothing to say but good things. The staff has always been awesome ( even if they tease me about being a Cowboys fan ) and Dr. John and his assistant have taken great care of me. No matter what test i have done, they answered all my questions and definitely made me feel like they have my health interests at heart.

Would not give this place any stars, but i had to give atleast one to write a review. Dr. Gadi is amazing. I feel bad for switching cardiologists but the staff at west chester cardiology suck. Especialy Deb. Who will give you the run around, treats patients as though they are bothering her when all we want is for her to do her job. She is rude on the telephone.
And in the office. She needs a job where she can just sit and do nothing, and not deal with the public. Sorry to leave a great doctor, but he needs to start from scratch when it comes to his staff.
