Doctor Nagata and team have been great. I had to have something removed from my foot and she has been very clear from the start, surgery went better then expected, and she called me a couple days after to check in with me on pain and healing progress. I would definitely recommend this office and will update thru the end of my exp.

I would never have trusted anyone else to perform my ankle surgery. I knew from the moment I walked in I was in good hands.

I had been a patient since 2000 when Dr Floyd had a small office just off Alderwood Mall Blvd. Over the years I had received great care from him and his team. I stopped going because I had moved to Lakewood, south of Tacoma, and the drive was excessive. Why I am giving them 3 stars? It is because they have scheduled an appointment for me even though I am no longer a patient. It has been 2 years since I have been a patient and I have received 2 emails trying to confirm an appointment. That smacks of desperation and shady business practices.

I am very fortunate that a request to my general doctor for a referral to a podiatrist led me to Dr. Don Floyd of Lake Stevens Ankle and Foot Clinic. At that point I had almost given up hope of being able to do normal things like walk down stairs without hobbling because of pain and inflammation to both of my Achilles tendons. I'd been living with limits to my favorite activities for almost two years, trying to just manage the pain and stiffness, but fearful that I was just stuck with it.

When the doctor suggested the laser treatments to break up the scar tissues and decrease the inflammation I didn't know quite what to expect but I was game to try and hoped for some small improvement. What I experienced instead was a dramatic improvement with each of the 5 treatments I received, so much so that after only halfway through I was walking down stairs straight instead of hobbling sideways. Undoubtedly one of the most successful, most worthwhile courses of treatments for an injury that I've ever had. I'm back to hiking miles at a time and ready to take up cycling. I have spent years being misdiagnosed and put through improper care routines for what turned out to be split ankle tendons. That all changed when I called the Alderwood Ankle and Foot Clinic. Dr. Floyd and his team are the most professional, compassionate, dedicated team I could have hoped to find. They provide quality care tailored to each individual case, taking the time and effort to get their patients taken care of. I had the most amazing experience here today. Every single staff, doctor, nurse, and I mean every - were so welcoming and kind. I've never felt so cared for in a clinical setting ever. My insurance didnt cover anything, so they did all they can to keep my cash payment minimal, which saved me hundreds of dollars, no exaggeration. Dr. Floyd is an amazing doctor - highly recommended. I took my 13-year-old son here this week to get ingrown toenails trimmed back and fixed, and Dr. Floyd did a wonderful job. He was attentive, kind, gentle, and very good. I've been the three other podiatrists for myself, and I've never seen anybody take so much care and provide so much personal attention. Highest recommendation!

After my surgery in the army at madigan in fort Lewis I have had a unstable ankle and chronic pain since 2010 recently I went here to see what was wrong with it. Not only did they address my initial complaint but Dr. Nagata also took care of they other issues like my additional bone spurs that I was unaware of. I'm two weeks out of surgery and already having a better recovery then my first surgery.

The staff is the most friendly and helpful group of people I have ever met in the medical field and they do everything they can to insure your needs our meet before and after surgery even when you are only insured by Veterans affaires. Dr. Sandi Nagata is an amazing professional who genuinely cares for her patients thank you.

A1 Professional!. From my first phone conversation to make an appointment all the way to leaving after my visit it was a pleasant and simple process. Beyond the norm for sure. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Alderwood Ankle and Foot Clinic. I wish I remembered everyone's names so I could credit them individually. Just so nice and friendly and patient with my questions.

Being self-pay, cost was a concern, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Nagata was excellent! Not that I hope to have further issues any time soon but if I do I would never hesitate to call upon AAFC.
