First time going to the eye Dr in about 6 years and they were awesome. From the check in through the end of my appointment everybody was welcoming and friendly. Glad I chose them!

This place was great. The wait time for my first visit was about 10 minutes longer than expected, but that is to be expected sometimes. After I was taken to the exam room, the process was quick and easy. They really knew what they were doing. I got my new glasses in a timely manner, and am happy with the outcome. I would recommend this place.

I love the staff. I especially want to commend Meghan. She was so easy to talk to and very helpful and patient during all my tests for me. I always want to commend Dr. Brendon Chester for his thorough work every time. Yes, the entire staff was pleasant and kind. Yes, I give them 5 stars! 10 stars if I could!

Check in was fast and efficient. I was sent through the testings quickly and efficiently. I was lead to a room for Dr. Brandon to see.me. He ran his tests and was finished quickly. Checkout and payment and next appointment was done quickly also. Smooth operation from beginning to end.

The staff was very professional, and I want to give a special thank you to Megan, she was efficient, and polite. She is a 5 Star employee. Dr. Braden is also the best and he really interacts with is customers. The Chester Eye Center is the best eye doctor I have ever been to, and I recommend them to everyone.

We are first time patient after we got new insurance from my husbands work. I took my less than one year old son here to get his eyes checked up after we noticed them going crossed and Dr. Chester was great with him. A week later my husband and I had an appointment and the entire stuff was so great. Very patient, kind, and understanding even with us having both our children (we didn't have a babysitter due to Covid). Dr. Chester couldn't have treated us any better and wanted to make sure all of us (including my baby) were comfortable and well taken care of during our visit. I'm so happy we made the switch.

I would give this joke of an eye doctor zero stars if I could. Wait times are terrible, Chester is rude, the selection is terrible, and you are penalized for having to leave an hour after your appointment to pick up your children from school. The only bright side is his staff. They are professional and nice, even when you can hear him screaming at them.

I have been seeing Dr Chester's office since I was like 6 or 7 I had to see Dr Mike; Although Dr. MICHAEL CHESTER is great and all my personal preference is Dr Brandon Chester. Dr Brandon takes his time to explain to you everything and why he's did everything he's doing Dr Mike seems to more be in and out and has his aid tell you very little and he leaves almost like an automation factory which Dr Brandon is the opposite. Although Dr Brandon may be my preference they are both great in their field

I was very pleased w/ my care here. Everything was completed very professionally. All staff members were very polite and helpful. Prices for services and glasses were very reasonable.

I have been going to Dr Chester's office for years and have always had a great experience. The staff is so nice and both Dr Chester father and son are awesome! Highly recommended them to everyone.

Staff was professional Dr Chester however does not have any people skills! He told me my retina was detached and we will call you when a specialist is available! I freaked out and asked to speak to him about it he acted like I was a child misbehaving in his office! My vision became worse so I called the office asking for a steroid eye drop to treat my inflammation in my eye he refused!

My specialist appointment isn't until 3 months out and my vision is worsening! He allowed me to drive after dilating my eyes gave no restrictions! I am in great discomfort afraid have severe anxiety and no comfort from Dr Chester not a call to check up no prescription no discription of what is happening to my vision! This is poor patient care and I am a nurse I would never allow this treatment for any of my loved ones or patients!

Save your money go to Columbus it's worth the drive and the doctors all care unlike Dr Chester! The staff did not call me for my referral Information I called their office back! Make the drive Chillicothe physicians only do standard care they obviously get their paycheck so who cares about the patient! I saw patients elderly pulling out their check books and paying on their bill because they do not know better! I do not recommend this eye specialist to anyone! Search for better outside Ross and Piketon! No one cares here!
