Ivy Pediatrics PA

I always find that the front girls go out of their way to help. Their billing department is very knowledgeable and understanding. I do feel like they appreciate their patients. Kathy educated me and heard me. I hold doctors and practices to very high standards and they have kept me for 12 years.

Very clean office. This office has definitely improved over the last year. All the employees are amazing!

The East Brunswick office of Ivy Pediatrics is beyond amazing. They will always accommodate and get my sick child in the same day. From the nurses, the supervisor to either the Doctors or Physicians Assistants they go above and beyond. They take their time to listen to not only me as a mom, but my teenage son. They will always work hard to get to the bottom of my child's health and mental issues.

They always call me back with test results even when they are normal. They are patient, caring, loving and overall fantastic. I wouldn't recommend any other Pediatrics group. Their Manalapan office is open on Saturdays and Sundays so I never have to worry if my child gets sick. Their telemed is great when I can't get to the office. If tou want the best of the best Ivy Pediatrics is the place to go! We love Dr. Trogan, PJ Donner, Dr. Kleiman and many more of the doctors and PA's there.

I am a grandmother who takes my grandchildren to Ivy Pediatrics in East Brunswick. I can not say enough on how fabulous and amazing they are. We usually see PJ Donner who is a PA there. She goes above and beyond for my grandsons. She takes her time and listens to all of our concerns. She orders blood work when necessary. The supervisor Zarina always knows us by name and makes it so personal.

We are not just a patient, we feel like we are family there. Their hours are great. The MA's that work there are so sweet and accomodiating. The supervisor always puts myself and my grandsons at ease. Zarina gives us her business card and always tells us if you have any questions or concerns please call me, I am here to answer any questions or concerns that you have. If you are looking for a top notch Pediatrician, then Ivy Pediatrics in East Brunswick is the only place to take your children. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

Had my daughter there 6 times. I am delaying her vaccinations. They told me they have a policy where all vaccines have to be up to date. I understand they get paid to vaccinate by the suppliers and are vacs pushers. I am not against vaccines but If this is their policy why see her the 6 times. During COVID there was no issues all were welcome and now they have a "policy". Unethical. Rude. Unresponsive. Unprofessional practice.

I take a religious exemption. You never see an actual doctor just PAs. Their telehealth is a joke all offices are the same. The receptionist in East Brunswick should go work at the DMV to match their miserable attitude she is as rude as they come. I wouldn't take my dog there.

Thank goodness for Ivy Pediatrics! I am so grateful to have found this practice. Zarina in East Brunswick is a true gem. My daughter has an ASD diagnosis, and she is always able to help us with our needs, which at time can be challenging! Zarina is compassionate to me, a special needs mom, and I am truly glad to know such a wonderful woman. Thank you for easing my mind!

Very disappointed in this pediatric! The people are friendly. The problem is everything else! This is now the second time we were FOGOT about. The first time we had a bad experience was a few months ago we were waiting for shots for over an hour to find out they just forgot about us. Fast forward to today her 6 month appointment after being seen by the dr we waited and waited for her shots i even had the door opened so they wouldnt forget like last time but unfortunately it took another 40 minutes before being asked if i needed help. AGAIN they forgot.

This was completely different staff so i cant even blame the person. It has become so common now its crazy. My daughter was tired and hungry and they didnt care. A few months back i kept calling and leaving messages and they never called me back i think that is very unprofessional. I will be looking for a new pediatrician. As for this place you should keep looking

I had a wonderful experience. Came to the office as a new patient, greeted by such wonderful group of ladies, all super friendly and very assuring to my nervous son who knew he has to get vaccines today. I came in with tons of questions not expecting all to be answered, but to my surprise everything was answered. I'm over the top blessed I found a life time practice for my growing family.

MA Amanda is the best! Was able to get my 4 year old son in same day, super quick visit, and also sent my nephew to her! Amazing!

I had a great experience at this office! staff was super great and polite. i had brought my 2 year old cousin here who is very afraid of strangers and the doctors offices. I believe the nurse was Amanda and she was so so so great with him. she was able to comfort him and make him feel better before and after receiving his shots! so happy with the staff here 100% recommend!

Thank you for the response below and acknowledging that you read the comments. If you have "customer service" info, I would have loved to use that platform instead. Also, I've never been offered "we are running behind, would you prefer to wait outside" option cause I would definitely prefer that. --------- I have no complaints about the doctors. However, everything else has been the problem.

I have 4 kids 5 and under so we go often. Regardless of my appt time, I've rarely been seen on time in the 4 yes I've been going, waiting sometimes 45min to see the Dr. Recently tried a telemedicine, that was a worse experience. Also I keep updating my info but it never seems to stick and for some reason they text me and husband every month for the past year saying we are due for wellness visits, when we call, they say we not. Finally, I really don't like that they don't have a well and sick waiting room/entrance. That is more minor but something I'd prefer.

Worst service ever. I keep hoping "next time" will be better smh. I have been sitting in the waiting room unacknowledged for 30 minutes. No hello. Whats your name? Nothing. My kid is afraid of the staff here. Lady behind the counter is just gossiping on the phone. Most Dr. Offices have a check in procedure. At this Ivy office I guess your just suppose to pull up a seat and pray for the best. Fortunately on this visit the same woman who administered a shot that bruised my 2 year old for 2 weeks, and made her afraid to death to go to the dr was super nice to her today

I brought my grandkids in for a well check in your East Brunswick office recently. Both the doctors and staff were amazing. The nurse, Stacey, who helped us was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was very kind to the kids and helped them relax and eased their anxiety about vaccines. We liked her so much that we will request her in the future.

Ivy Pediatrics in East Brunswick is my all time favorite office. No matter what the situation is the staff there is always able to fit me in and they always go out of their way to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I will never go anywhere else and I am happy to have a doctors office that is so on top of their stuff and cares so much about their patients.

The staff here is amazing! My daughter loves coming here and it is extremely exciting because not many kids like going to the doctor. I have been coming here for a long time and all I can say is this is a great office! Epiphany and Rosa Maria are great! The way they help, and extend their love to my child is simply amazing. Thank you all for for being wonderful, my daughter can't wait to go again!

I love ivy pediatrics. I have been using Dr. Sheth for 4 years and the office staff is always friendly and my daughter is alway well taken care of!

Be careful-because they will bill you for every little thing! Even if you are asking questions it's insane I caught them twice trying to charge me a $25 charge for and it literally said " 10 extra min" I was there because my daughter ears were bothering her they squirted water in her ears and that's it it didn't even help her and I got charged an arm and leg for something that didn't even help.
