I am sooo fed up with this place. My frustration is from the billing aspect. I have a $250 deductible on my insurance. My 1st visit there I paid $110. My 2nd visit there the rep said my copay was $180. I informed her that she was incorrect. My copay should be $140. Thank goodness I'm swift with the math. She then charged me the $140. My 3rd visit there the payment requested was correct. $15.
My complaint is that I have a prescription for medical equipment that my insurance company said is FREE.ONCE the deductible is met. Guess what? The insurance company has NO records of me paying my deductible in full. Insurance company said they have no claims from Prime Heart. So if I want my medical equipment I have to pay for it because these idiots haven't put in the fact that they received the WHOLE DEDUCTIBLE! 9 days ago I called Prime Heart to find out when are they going to submit my info because they haven't.
The incompetent person was checking and checking; placed me on hold 2x. Then said he'd have Dr. Patel call me back in 5 mins. Well, it's 9 days later and no call. The longest 5 mins ever! I had to get an X-ray today and guess what? Informed I have a deductible to pay of $167.51! I am showing a credit of $82.49 which is from a DIFFERENT doctor.
I called today and the rep at Prime Heart tells me he shows in his system that they OWE ME $140! I said so when do y'all plan on giving me MY money back? He refers me to the billing manager, which happens to be a 203 area code . I don't care if they're in Timbuktu! I am sick of these people and they better have my money! So if I hadn't called today I would not have known that they have to give me my money back. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!

Waiting room is always over packed no social distance were in a Colvic pandemic and this Dr officeJust pack his office with patients like Colvic doesn't exist. Office staff horrible not comfortable with this Dr. Seems like he cares more about making money than the underlined condition. I went to him and told him I could not sleep and he did a sleep study when I went to follow up regarding the sleep study he just ignored that and busy scheduling other tests to make money meanwhile my sleep pattern is getting WORSE however he just dismissed that and didn't even take the time to find out what the underlined condition of my stressful nights of not sleeping

Dr Patel at Prime heart is a competent cardiologist, friendly, caring and personable, but at times, I question his motives; it seems getting maximum business and charges to patients insurance is the main goal. During covid, the waiting room has been crammed with twenty or more people in a small place with no ventilation, sitting elbow to elbow. They overbook, over treat and are impossible to reach on the phone.
If you need prescriptions refilled, good luck trying to contact them, they prefer you make an appointment. If they want this level of business they need a new office with a bigger parking lot and an additional two cardiologists. Avoid this place until after the pandemic, maybe wait until they move to a larger office with ample parking.

Great place to go for whatever medical issues you have, the wait is not long, the staff is fast and very efficient, I had the pleasure of meeting a young man that works there his name is Allen and I must say he is an angel sent from heaven, I was so scared to do my stress test on the treadmill and he talked with me and encouraged me, made sure I was alright every step of the way and I made it to end without any problems I couldn't believe it, he's the best and Prime Heart is lucky to have him, he's just great with people and excellent at what he does, so thank you Allen and keep doing what you're doing, God bless! Doc is nice, when you get to see him. But waiting room plays endless cycle of drug ads, bathroom needs updating, parking lot is too tight, wait is always an hour or more with no updates from staff, nearly impossible to get through to them on the phone, appointment time screwups, billing errors. if only they could run the place better, could be good.
