Dr. Haberman is one of my favorite Doctors. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

My first appointment was for 1pm. Didn't get seen until 3 then it took another hour for drops and to be seen by the doctor. A follow up appointment was scheduled for 4/12/2022. I didn't receive a call so I called them. I was told I was not on the schedule. I located my appointment card and called back to let them know I had it. She said it must be the system instead of their incompetence. Needless to say I will be finding another eye doctor with a staff who cares about patients.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with so much care. The receptionist, the technicians and Dr Haberman were all on point. Professionalism, compassion and the information I needed made my day. I would urge anyone to reach out to this facility if you need professional eye care and good treatment. The office and exam rooms are clean and safe.

To Dr Haberman, you are blessed to have such a wonderful gift and a staff who is so knowledgeable. Thank you so much for taking time to take care of my eyes. You're the best.

I was referred to this eye clinic by my PCP for routine eye evaluation. I received excellent and very professional treatment from Dr Haberman and his staff.

Why does every test require another trip to the waiting room? This is the longest, most drawn out eye exam I have EVER had! My husband and I visited today because we both needed eye exams. We entered and signed in at the same time, but he was finished almost a half an hour sooner. When I expressed my dismay to the doctor about my 2 1/2 hour visit, he responded that it was probably because there was two of us and that for one person it probably would have been shorter. WHAT?

Then he had the nerve to say that they were doing the best that they could. His best certainly was not good enough for me. He had the audacity to ask why I had high blood pressure. Probably because I was visiting his office. Steer clear of this place if you value your time!

From staff to the physician, everyone is excellent. Medical assistants are v knowledgeable and they do take care about patient's needs. Dr. Hagerman, there is no doubt that he is one of the great physian in tri state area and very compassionate towards his patients. 5

Dr Haberman has been taking care of my mother's eyes for about 6 years. He is the best and I thank God everyday for given him to my mother. He was the one who diagnosed my mother for glaucoma. My mom glaucoma was advance already but he was aggressive with her treatment and now she still can sew her own clothes. He know what he is doing, he is excellent.

Dr Haberman was excellent and thorough during my visit to check my eye pressure and for any signs of diabetes. His staff was very professional and caring.

I really like that move to the new location. Dr. Haberman office is great, I don't wait that long. His staff is very professional, always kind, nice, polite. Dr. Haberman is just wonderful!

Don't ever go to this hack he's very rude and unprofessional. I have an elderly Mom who went to this guy, I refuse to call a Dr. Because she is elderly and has issues getting up and down in chairs I was helping her. One of the machines they was using for one of the eye test malfunctioned and they asked us to step out while they fixed it. No problem.

When they called us back in he tells one of girls working there to not let me back in. I explained my Mom has issue's getting up and down and fir her safety is why I was there. I asked would they be able to help her cause if she fell and hurt her self that would be a issue cause she recently fell and broke her hand. This man ran to front of office snatched the patch off my Mom's eyes and yelled for us to get out. He almost knocked my Mom down trying to push us out the door. The office worker had to step between him and us. He walked to the back still yelling get out.

Even though the waiting room seemed crowded and it appeared I'd be waiting a long time that wasn't the case. I was brought in rather efficiently after filling out some late paperwork and my examination began quickly soon after. All the staff was friendly and informative and answered all my questions including the doctor. He is a busy man apparently so I recommend you have some questions ready before you get there. Overall I found it a pleasant experience.

I amazed how quickly patients are moved in and out of the office. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone was very efficient and wearing a mask. I had a pleasant experience.

Dr Heberman is a very good oftalmologist but the ladies at the front desk are the rudest people that I have ever encountered in my life. They treat you with no respect and when you have any sort of a problem they make no effort to help you out. It's looks like they are working angry all the time. But it is just the ladies at the front desk. The other people are a very friendly and nice!

I booked an appointment last week for 3:15. I called the same day to confirm that I would not need anyone to drive me when I was told the appointment was at 2:15. I explained to the girl that I would never have agreed to that time because I would still be working and I would have to leave my job very early in order to make it in time as I work 20 miles away.

She put me on hold and went to ask the doctor if I could come in at 3:15 to which she replied: no he would not wait. I was given the option to go back the following Thursday but because I had a long day at work I was not able to schedule it. With changes at work we were done earlier that day so I called the office back spoke to Margarita asked her if I could still come in.

She again asked the doctor and said: be here by 3:15. I rushed from work driving like a lunatic since it was 2:33 when I had this conversation with her on the phone hoping to make it in time. When I realized that I would be five minutes late I called the office again to confirm that this would not be an issue she again proceeded to ask the doctor and again he said no he would not wait.

In the 26 years of nursing working in an ambulatory surgery setting I have never seen a physician refuse a patient for being five minutes late. I came home very disappointed and upset and as I started reading through the reviews I saw one that stated both her and her mother had been misdiagnosed by this doctor. I guess it was a good thing he couldn't take me because I have a feeling that the same thing would've happened to me given the fact the office staff (without even seeing me) had already mentioned about glaucoma and possible lens implants that the insurance would cover everything. i can only deduct he's making very good money that he can afford to send clients away. be smart, get a second opinion before you let him operate on you. I have seen 2 other ophthalmologists and not one mentioned anything about these extra procedures.
