Horrible experience. Uncaring staff. First time I went the time given to me by scheduling and in reminders was wrong, so I had to wait an hour. No apology for their mistake. Next time I was a few minutes late due to a traffic issue and told that it I couldn't see the provider and they wouldn't reschedule me for several weeks out. Desperately needed to see provider to get referral to specialist.

When you ask to speak to practice manager, you will not get a call back. Other members of my family are also patients here, but we will not longer go to such a heartless and unprofessional place.

Allyson Pickens NP is a very caring PCP. She listens & takes the time to explain & talk things through. The office staff are very nice & efficient. My visits are always a pleasure.

Dr. Jennifer Lewis very professional. She answered all of my questions and took all the time necessary during this visit. I highly recommend her and will share my thoughts with my family and friends.

Great experience all around. From the front desk to medical assistant to the lab everyone was awesome. Dr. Lehew is the best doctor I've ever seen and truly listens and cares for her patients. I've seen her for almost 10 years now and would never see anyone else. Love her sense of humor too!

After double checking multiple times that I was fine to come in after quarantine, they cancel my appointment day of, minutes before and reschedule me a month later at 7am! Maybe when I called two days ago we could of figured this out, but 15 mins before is unacceptable.

Positives: Front desk staff was friendly, NP Joelle is wonderful and the phlebotomist is seriously amazing! 5 Stars for the actual office and experience Negatives: Billing. : I've tried to do everything possible to get a code revised from a visit I had last October. My insurance pays for a yearly visit. This office coded it in a way that my insurance won't pay for it and I keep getting bills for nearly $200.

I truly wish I could get this resolved and have confidence in this practice's billing methods. The bloodwork that was done was billed fine and I have paid my share of it after my insurance picked it up. I ended up cancelling my follow up visit last month because I can't have anymore surprise $200 bills. I'm finally writing this Google review because sadly it may get more feedback and attention than I have been able to get by calling the office and numbers on the bill.

By the way, billing is not done in house so that's also where the frustration lies. Can't really talk to the person who can help you, you can only maybe possibly relay your message in the tiniest hope someone cares.

Absolutely the worth doctor experience I have ever had. The doctors do not value patients, the front desk are rude, and will lie to you to make them seem like they've done their job. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience at Weavervile family medicine. NP Joel Falcon is the best! She really cares about her patience. She listens to what you have to say. She also has a great since of humor. Also the staff is very efficient. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for health care.

If you are on he way to your doctor appointment and think you might be a little late, call their number and speak to someone you will be told you have 15 mins from the time if your appointment. Then get there 10 mins after your appointment and them telling you at the front that yo can not be seen because you were late. Then you talking to the girl at the front and she tells you that the call center has the wrong time line and it is 10 mins for the doctor's.

Then you say ok I was here 10 mins after my appointment an she saying we can reschedule you. That will not help I drove here to be seen today. Do not use this doctor if you need to be seen by a doctor!

Worst place for kids. I have worked in a doctors office and a hospital and I have never seen such ridiculousness! I brought my son here for a check up and vaccines. Everything was fine at first. Friendly conversations all around. All of a sudden about 5-6 nurse assistants come in to the room and hold my son down and the last one in says "don't kick" (obviously pregnant) and gives him all the shots at once!

I was literally in shock. I have never seen such idiocy. No one warned me or him. I'm just glad my son is a trooper. It is still a sore subject for me. I will never go back there and I needed to warn anyone bringing your kids here: "Don't!"
