Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a nonprofit system of 21 community health centers providing primary care to more than 7,200 square miles of the Adirondack North Country and Glens Falls region. The network serves all of Warren County and parts of Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Saratoga and Washington counties.

Hudson Headwaters offers prompt medical care, given without an appointment, for health concerns that arise suddenly but are not life-threatening. Two of our facilities, the Health Center on Broad Street in Glens Falls and the Warrensburg Health Center have urgent care providers and exam rooms available seven days a week with evening hours.

Very, very dissatisfied. Dr.'s are totally disorganized. Tell me how it can be that they have not dealt with Sickle Cell patients? How they do not call back, follow up or call in MEDS patient absolutely cannot take. Come on you can do better. And Moderate to severe Spinal Stenosis with degenerative disk disease and arthritic degenerative disk. But say it's not really a big deal? REALLY?
Where do you get your degree or license? Why is so much gossiping going on about patients or workers? That's so unprofessional and looks horrid infront of patients. VIOLATION OF HIPA Disgusted is putting it lightly. One star is far too kind. P.S. Why are patients smoking out in front of doors where we enter. UNACCEPTABLE!

I have to book an appointment 3 months in advance in order to see my primary, then when I finally get in it's like he doesn't care or have the time for me. Refered me to PT without even knowing what's wrong with my neck, I declined the PT and they called me about an hour after I left my doctors to set up an appointment. My girl says that's funny I was at physical therapy today and they were talking about how Hudson headwaters sends them a ton of clients before any diagnosis. $$$$$$$$

Absolutely the WORST Health Care Provider in Northern New York. They keep cancelling appointment's. Doctor's and P.A's let staff take the messages designated for them. They are disgusting. No follow Up. Always have excuses. Stay far away from these clowns. Especially Alexis Mondella, AKA Doogie Howser.

I have delt with several Hudson Headwaters offices over the years and have never been impressed by any of them. The whole system is a joke and they have too many patients. With covid its impossible to see a dr! I only continue to go to them because of my insurance. I'd choose any other place over them

Absolute most unprofessional, incompetent, borderline criminally negligent medical staff I have ever seen in my life. Been dealing with them for almost 30 years and I can list off 10 different occasions where they've almost got us killed because of their negligence or incompetence. Avoid these people like the plague

I used to like The West Mountain facility but my last 2 experiences have been very poor. The first visit felt rushed and staff had negative attitudes. Today I made a telehealth appointment around 9-10 checked in online, a nurse called me back to gather further information and said no problem. At 1:45 I received a call to tell me they can't do telehealth and because its so late in the day they can't get me in until tomorrow. All I ask is a little concern and communication. Very disappointed.

The doctors are attentive and professional. The NP Lia Braico and Crystal Nolan are the best. The RNs are kind and very knowledgeable. My MD Kasuni Kotelawala is so awesome, kind and very professional. She listens to my c/ o. I trust her plan of care. Thank you Dr K. NP Lia Braico is the best. She is indeed an excellent NP. I personally have a great rapport with my own dr and I have been pleased with the service they have done for me. But.my son who had been living out of state had come home and wanted to get Covid tested to visited with family during the holidays. He was told he needed to see a physician as he wasn't a regular patient. That part was fine. During his visit he told my son who is 6'5 and works out regularly, that he was overweight. really? Did he look in the mirror?
He had his Covid test on a Wednesday and had not heard the results for many days. So on the following Monday he called and the results were in, but the provider needed to sign off on them. But we were told they were negative. So over 2 weeks later he gets a call saying the dr. Had reviewed the results. REALLY? What good does this do. I will NEVER send anyone to this physician.
