Wife really likes this office through Dr. Pierre who delivered all three of our children. Unfortunately, and out of nowhere, we were recently informed via letter that they no longer accept one of the largest HMOs in the state and we need to find someone else. Paying an extra $200-300/month for a PPO isn't worth it to visit one doctor.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ka. Not only is she knowledgeable, but also so so kind. I am having my first baby and I had a scary moment when one of my genetic screenings came back abnormal. She took the time to explain what this screening means and offered me reassurance. She never makes me feel rushed and has always taken the time to listen and answer any questions I have. This is only the beginning of my pregnancy, but she has made my experience great so far.

The front staff are super nice and friendly. But everything else is terrible. I scheduled an apt with the NP because the doc was booked months in advanced, which I was perfectly okay with. I was tested for PCOS they said they'd call with the results. Never did so I called them. They said my results were normal but I was still having symptoms so where do I go from here?

Nurse said she'd have the NP call back because she couldn't give me an answer. Nurse called back not the NP and told me she "thinks the NP is still thinking PCOS" because they prescribed me a medication. Every time I called back with questions only spoke to nurses that didn't know anything and were condescending even the person that took my blood was very cold and unwelcoming.

I was prescribed a medication for a reason unknown to me and never ever got to sit down or speak to the person that diagnosed me or the doc. If you want personalized care do not go here. I'm sitting here getting sick from the meds they gave me still unsure if I can even have kids. Will not be going back :

I have been a Patient of Dr. G. Pierre and Julia Bania, APN for years! They are very personable and they take their time. I feel like family to them, you don't feel like a number at Partners and OBGYN. They are seriously the best! Even the front staff is awesome, Lucy is my favorite! She's always so patient with me when scheduling out my Appointments! Denise, the Ultrasound tech is a joy to be around- you can't not smile when around her!

After years of being a patient I had a couple of very bad experiences in a row. It was bad enough for me to want to warn others to keep looking and don't go here. It's so hard to find a good dr and I hope this helps someone at least weed out one bad place. Also, I have noticed like other reviewers here that the front desk staff has become cold and rude.

This is something that I think can be overlooked for great service, but it's pretty bad here. Be ready to be "extra kind" to them. maybe it's a terrible place to work now and they're unhappy?

I'm terribly surprised by the negative reviews of this office. Just had my first apt with Dr. Gamilah Pierre for my yearly visit. The office is bigger than it appears. Very clean visually and not the typical "hospital clean" odor. It is free of clutter in each room I was in and at the front desk. All staff members were very pleasant and friendly to speak with. Dr. Pierre's nurse was very nice and engaged in our conversation. I won't hesitate to continue coming to this practice.

A massive thank you to the staff for listening when I said I needed to be seen, it was urgent and I was in pain. They took me in as a new patient and by solid luck I was able to get an appointment the next day. The efficiency and treatment provided is going to save me from having to have another surgery. A massive thank you to my Nurse Practitioner who squeezed in a pap test to ensure my health is also priority. The staff is incredibly friendly, and made it such a pleasant experience.

So, I would Dr. Nicole Gress at this location. She is a wonderful doctor and even delivered my baby. However, I recently called to schedule an pap smear and I was told that I can no longer be a patient because I had gone into collections twice! Even though I had issues with my insurance company and both collections were paid off! Also, I don't remember ever being informed of this policy either and it is no where on their website.

This place need to be removed from Silver Cross and is horrible for treating patients this way! We all have busy lives! Seriously? Twice, like your office has never made any mistakes like making me wait an hour past my appointment time countless times or the numerous times I couldn't get in for months at a time! Obviously, they have forgotten about why someone would get into healthcare in the first place!

Sherry and her nurse Dianna are absolutely amazing. By my second appointment, Sherry and dianna greeted my SON and I by first name. Obviously, they know who I am, they have my medical chart, but to remember him too was impressive to me. It shows how much they care. Myself and 3 other women I know are all, or have been patients of Sherry and have nothing but great things to say.

The ultrasound technician is phenomenal! Front desk staff has always treated me kindly and respectfully. The only person in this practice I do not care for is the lab technician. I am not at all scared of needles, shots, etc so it doesn't bother me, but she is pretty dry and abrupt. It doesn't make an already unpleasant experience of getting your blood drawn any better.

I found Dr. Ka through my insurance company's website, and she was awesome. She was attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable about my issues. Because she no longer does surgery, she referred me to Dr. Pierre for a couple of needed procedures, which has also been a very positive experience. Dr. Pierre completed my first procedure with no issues, even though I am deemed high risk, and will be performing my second surgery. I definitely feel like I am in good hands. I would refer this clinic to anyone.
