PHA was formed in 1998 by the uniting of a number of local physicians who had served the Orland Park and Homer Glen communities and surrounding suburbs for over 30 years. We are a private physician owned and operated group practice that offers patients comprehensive primary care services. PHA is committed to remaining physician owned to provide a practice model that offers our patients the greatest autonomy in their health care decision making.

PHA offers an array of ultrasound options for our patients, including total abdominal, aneurysm screening, gallbladder, kidney/ureters/bladder, arterial of carotids, arterial of all extremities, venous ultrasounds of arms and legs, pelvic with/without vaginal probe, scrotal and thyroid.
