Bridget is AWESOME! I understand the name of this place now because she treated me as if I was her patient when in fact it was my husband who needed care. As a family member she listen and acted on my concerns about my husband. The price is affordable and I like that she offered the Rx card. Some places just advertise expecting every person to read what is placed in their business.
She actually stated make sure you get the Rx card exactly I already got one for my husband but A+ because rarely you find a place going that extra mile to help people save money. Not to mention lots of information but straight to the point in and out. AWESOME JOB Family Quick Care on Allen Road.

School year 2021 couldn't find anyone in my local area to do school physical for my son. The dates that were proposed to me were a month or so out. I contacted this Facility and the Male Dr. got me right in. It was a 45 minute drive well worth it. Dr. was extremely kind, professional, warm, and had a great sense of humor. He made my son's physical fun. And were back home so quick, literally you would have thought that we never went out of town for this physical. I am actually going to go back for future service.

Frank was the nicest guy ever. My doctor's office couldn't get me in for 2 weeks and didn't want to take me because of my symptoms. Another place recommended I try there in hopes of staying out of the ER. He got me in super quick and was very friendly. He understood how hard it was for me to wear a mask and let me take it off! Most places don't care that I'm in the middle of a week long asthma attack and make me wear it, which makes me worse!
After going over what we we both already knew, he got me my prescriptions and got me on my way for only $48! He saved me thousands of dollars and about 10 hours of sitting in the ER by seeing me! I cannot thank him enough! I will recommend this place to anyone who needs a doctor visit!

Being a current worker in healthcare, my experience here was very disappointing. To me, the business seems poorly organized. I came to them for a 2 step TB test. My first step went smooth, my first two experiences with staff I had no issues. Then I call to make sure I can go start the second step, and the woman on the phone unapologetically tells me their TB tests are on back order and she doesn't know when they'll be in.
I explained to her it was dishonest to let me pay for the first step knowing they would not be able to complete the series and I will probably have to restart the whole series elsewhere. I then ask if there's an expiration date on how late I can start the second step. Her response "I don't know, call your employer." First of all, this TB test has nothing to do with my employer and secondly, if you don't know the stipulations to immunizations you offer, you have no business administering them to patients. Again, unapologetically, she suggests I call my employer to get the test done somewhere else. GREAT customer service.
I would not recommend this place even for the simplest of healthcare needs. Very unfortunate because it could be a great business if the people behind the counter had the slightest clue of what was going on, or how to interact with customers/patients.

I love this place for simple issues like ear infections with our kids. It is "Aldi style" to keep the prices low ( check yourself in, put symptoms in the computer, submit your own claim to insurance). We don't have traditional instance so we love the low prices. We usually only have one patient in front of us when we walk in. They are kind and professional, making sure to prescribe different antibiotics than you had recently for infection so you don't build up immunity to it. They are also aware of medication costs.

I was there yesterday and may NEVER go back, from the second I walked in the front door I was greeted with the most unprofessional and rude woman. I have been there before and had good service from a gentleman however this woman was so rude I still cant get over it. I hadn't even signed yet and she told me. I would have to wait my turn.that I wasn't next. ( I just walked in the door) then she rushed 2 women through in 5 minutes.while she was still with a customer she came out of room and said to me " are you wanting a flu shot" I said no.
She said " good because I don't have any". Wow then she took me in was a huge smart a** about me missing work and she couldn't do anything for me saying " how do I know you didn't just return from Guam" what kind of Dr office is that? I wasn't examined I was just talked down to and was told " I need 44.00". I am appalled at the way I was treated there and will NEVER be back!

This is perfect for us. Our family's medical needs are usually simple and minor. We do not have standard insurance and so I love the low price. I also love how no appt is needed and I usually don't have to wait very long. Often they follow up the next day with a friendly phone call asking how we are doing.
