My wife did a COVID-19 PCR Test within 48 hours before and she didn't receive the result. The website has problems, so it didn't work. If you need to travel internationally and need a Covid-19 test I don't recommend you to use this lab. It didn't work.

I thank the staff and team for what they do. My experience was efficient and the people who helped us was very polite and respectful. Waited 3+ hrs for a COVID test but it didn't feel very long. The place seemed organized and efficient than other testing sites.

*obligatory "I never leave reviews but." but I really don't. however, I wanted to give a shout out to this place. i am only speaking of the Covid Testing Site and not the clinic. the line was LONG and I was there for right at 3 hours but considering how many cars were there I would've expected it to take much longer. I have heard of people waiting much longer at other testing locations. their system was very organized and while it did take 3 hours, the line was consistently moving.

I never waited too long in one spot or without speaking to someone. the woman who tested my son was very patient with him as the test was very difficult for him. I appreciate everyone who works there and manages to have a pleasant attitude while providing a very underappreciated service.

Had to wait 2hrs in line to get tested and another 55min to get test results, all in the car. Things can be better organized. There are emails to send results, not just sit and wait in car. This place needs to value people's time. Didn't need any appointment which was good.

Waited 4 hours and got a positive test. I had home test and tested negative. Then went to another clinic and tested negative. I think they are mixing up the swabs. The girl was fumbling around with a lot of swabs and paperwork. A friend of mine who tested positive from here went to total mens clinic 3 hrs later and tested negative. I would try elsewhere for an accurate test especially if you have more than one in the car.

Came at about 9:30 in the AM and was able to get my fiancee and I tested in 20 minutes. Efficient team and no appointment necessary. However, I have been here once before in the afternoon and it is crazy busy. All about what time you show up.

Scammers I am a private teacher who comes in contact with about 30 kids every week. I tested myself every time I had a student/s report that they were sick with Covid-19 in my presence. I have bad allergies and those give me symptoms similar to Covid-19. Beware of the Covid-19 scam Neighborhood Medical Center runs at this location. They tell you that the tests are covered by the insurance or are free if not covered by the insurance.

I received a surprise in the mail today. I found out that they charge $336 for an "Outpatient Visit", $180 for the actual Coronavirus AG IA, and twice $55 = $110 for Influenza A and B/rapid test?!?!? All this for a total of $626 each time you request the rapid and PCR tests. I went there three times. My insurance payed $516 the first time and $180 the second time.

I have received the bill for the first two times I was tested there in the amount of $554. The third bill will probably be another $444. Pretty cool scam, $998 for six tests in 7 months. Next time I will pay the 50 bucks at CVS. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers who take advantage of this horrible situation we find ourselves in.

In line since opening at 7am and Mgr just leisurely showed up at 7:22. No respect for other people's time. Other than that, facility is well operated and staff is extremely courteous and efficient.

No appointment needed! We arrived around 10:30, line was long but it was well organized and the stuffs were very courteous. We were there for 1 and a half hours for Rapid test and we got the result right there. Highly recommended!

The paperwork was easy (bring a pen) and testing was done pretty quickly (within about 20 minutes of arriving). Plan to spend 60-90 minutes, which means use the bathroom before you leave the house, bring a snack and beverage (drink sparingly), and fill your gas tank before arriving.

Covid testing was well organized and efficient. Spent a total of 1.5 hours here. This was the only location around that was offering the rapid result test. Staff was courteous and I encountered no problems during the visit.
