This is a liar business. The service is not good and not serious, but it is very focused on promoting products that have nothing to do with it. The price in the store is also different from the price consulted on the Internet. I made a project, 5 minutes, and 2 hours to promote the product. The final product was allergic. I contacted to return the product within 30 days, but they refused. I have been communicating with them for more than 30 days, but they refused to refund!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Experience evaluationWhy are customers forced to buy products? Why is the product not allowed to return after 30 days of hiccup? The unresolved problems have caused me even bigger problems. There is no after-sales service.

And after the treatment, all the wrinkles around my eye area are all GONE! Is it amazing!now it is already one month now, everything still looks so great! And I'll keep on watching the changes and keep updating!

I went in for a consultation for IPL but the doctor gave me a thorough suggestion on my acne and suggest me to do Acleara first. The doctor went over the reasons of causes of acnes and potential treatment for acnes without really pushing you for any of their services. I was shown a lot of videos understanding how each machine works to clean the pores and skills the bateria.

They offer a lot of beauty packages. I went there just for a simple mole removal. I went there twice for mole removal, but nothing worked. Mole is still there and color does not fade either! After that unsatisfying result, I started to contact them again, and they put me into blacklist! This place is just a scam! And after checking their package and pricing, their machines are old, and price is super high! Not worth it! If you really thinking about improving your skin conditions, be careful!

The girls here are very sweet and take good care of the customers. Always answer my questions in a timely manner, and very informative. They do many different treatments that are very popular on the beauty market now, so you don't have to go to different places to get a package of treatments done that also came in a Great Price. I'm looking forward to my new coming appointments :

Been seeing Dr. Lee about 3 times now. The front desk staff is very professional, office is always clean, and I never had to wait too long to be seen. They offer many options of treatments and prices are reasonable. I had the IPL treatment done and the first time I did it, Vivi was very helpful in explaining what to expect during and after the treatment, which helped made it easier for me. After 3 treatments, I can definitely see the results.
