All medical staff are employees the Medical Group or licensed healthcare agency. BHR specializes in the entire recruitment process and facilitation of each physician and professional staff placement through contracts with Medical Groups, Hospitals and Community Health Centers.

BHR was definitely up there for being one of the most enjoyable companies to work for. The staff has some of the best, most hard-working people I've ever had the pleasure of working with, and our CEO runs the company with fervor and strong values. I never thought I could love my job so much. Really, I never understood people that actually looked forward to going to work, but it's such a great environment it's hard not to be excited about it.

This organization is VERY unorganized! All of the employees may smile in Neisha's face and pretend that things are okay but everyone says how they really feel amongst each other. Linda from HR is very unprofessional and needs to take a refresher course in Human Resource! Ms. Bobby as well, very unprofessional. They over work you and pay you pennies. Two thumbs down! Don't waste your time.
