My daughter tried calling this office shortly after 5:00 because her one year old baby had a fever that was spiking and when she gave him Tylenol he projectile vomited his entire bottle twice in a day. I find it very disturbing that a well established pediatrician office does not have an on call doctor available to treat sick children. My children were all patients at Pediatric Associates and I was so pleased when my daughter decided to use this practice for her own child.
Apparently the service provided then was far superior to what is provided now. Your recorded announcement stresses how your staff should be treated with kindness and respect, yet I don't think the same is true for how your patients are treated by your staff. I believe that at the very least, first time parents who are nervous the first time their child gets sick, should be able to speak with an on call doctor to help alleviate their anxiety during a time of need.
If Pediatric Associates cannot provide that, I'm sure there are other practices who can! I'm so very disappointed in PA and I'm sure that the beloved Dr. Joy who started this practice, would be also!

I've been coming to this practice for the past 15 years and love all the doctors, especially Dr Sterry. She is a mom to kids around the same age as mine and I feel so comfortable talking with her without feeling like I'm being lectured or being told I'm doing something wrong as a parent. In the 15 years I've been going there I've never had a bad experience until recently when I saw Andrea the PA to get both my kids tested for covid which is why i took off a star.
My 6 year old has ADHD and sensory issues so it's not easy for him to sit in a room for 20+ mins without getting a little stir crazy. He picked up the thing they use to test your reflexes and she scolded him to put it down. Then he was touching the spinning chair to which she asked him to stop because those were expensive and she moved it so he wasn't tempted to touch it.
Then he was touching the decals on the walls and again she told him to stop because they spent a lot of time decorating the office. She should not be working with children if this is how she is going to treat them. We will continue to go there but I will never have her see my kids again.

Working in the medical field this office is HORRIBLE. They never told me my now 6 yo had a heart murmur when he was born. They had on our records my husband was deceased, and my father had a stroke, which is both FALSE. Then they want to lecture me for over an HOUR when I wanted to space out my 6month olds vaccine bc "They care about my child" but you forgot to mention my child was suppose to see a cardiologist 6 years ago! Now trying to transfer care and they want to charge for my childs medical records AND they can't even fax it I have to pick it up. Funny.

My children have been cared for by this practice since the birth of my first daughter in 1985. My youngest will be 19 this year, and I will be sad to bid them farewell when she ages out. The staff at Pediatrics Associates are like a part of my family! What a great group of physicians, nurses and support staff. I could not imagine a better group of doctors anywhere.

We've been going to Pediatric Associates since my son was born 4 years ago and absolutely love the doctors, nurses, and all the staff here. They have patiently answered every call and question we've had, always get my son in the day we call if he's sick, and just overall have given our son the best care. I am so thankful that my son is able to go here.
