I was scheduled for a knee replacement with Dr. Singh. The approach to surgery is patient centered. Thank you to Jill Stevenson for Joint class and Steven Burns at PT. Dr. Singh takes the time to answer questions. I appreciate all the same day staff. Kind and efficient.

Great service and caring staff. Very busy and very efficient well organized. Really nice emergency area and clean. Kept me well informed about what they were doing for me and what was next to do. Gave me precise and clear instructions for me to follow up on. Thanks for your help GPH I am glad you are here and doing such a great work.

Do not go here. Go to Kearney. Go anywhere. We won't even dig into the bedside manner of some of the staff. They lost my dying mother's dentures, then sent her to hospice to starve. She just wanted to eat real food. She was starving. It was truly heartbreaking. She was so hungry for real food at the end but had no way to chew. So a long, sad death on IV nutrients is what she got. No compassion or care here.

I had a D&C after a missed miscarriage here-the wonderful nurses at this hospital helped make a traumatic event much less traumatizing. They were so empathetic, and even went to the lengths to call a nurse down from maternity who had suffered a miscarriage to take care of me. My doctor had no idea about the steps I should take to bury my baby after the procedure-but the nurses explained everything in detail and made sure my baby made it to the funeral home director. I have had only amazing experiences with surgeries in this hospital.

I don't really like hospitals, this wasn't that bad there were few times when things didnt go right but it all worked out to the good. The nurses were great to me 4 and 1/2 stars to them. And the Drs. Were great too.

Every single staff person with whom I interacted was exceptional, particularly the nurses, but also the other staff people. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

My two nurses were excellent, great care, Gia and Jarhmar. Surgery staff great too. Dr Short the best kind person I know.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The nurses and trainees were all very nice and professional. If I pushed one of my call lights they were there pretty quickly to help me. The food was good. No complaints from me.

By far the best medical staff I have ever encountered! Amazing nurses in every single way We are from a much smaller town that was not equipped to handle a baby at 36weeks and got transferred here. Truly a blessing! Our doctor that performed my c-section went above and beyond to take care of both of us. Thank you all so very much

Some of the best Surgeon's around. Very knollegable and friendly staff all around. All the way from the FREE Vale parking, Emergency Room's then off to the Outpatient Surgical Center and on to the Outpatient Recovery room's and all the way up to the Extended Stay patient rooms they all make your stay that much more enjoyable to the point you don't wanna leave. Only kidding, or am I?

The wait time is not 12 minutes. We waited for 2 and a half hours and my daughter had a head injury. All patients that came in after us were seen before us. They said they took patients back based on the injury. I would say a head injury is pretty important. I know for a fact the lady next to us needed a stitch replaced in her leg and she went back before us. After I asked what was taking so long they did offer her an ice pack at the 2 hour mark. We left after we waited for 2.5 hours. Terrible! Driving to Gothenburg.
