Pediatric Specialists was founded in 1976 by Dr. Arthur Giuliano, with the office originally residing in the basement of his house office on Church Street in Foxborough, Massachusetts. For some time the office consisted of Dr. Giuliano and Mrs. Henriette Sinclaire who worked as receptionist and bookkeeper and we are proud to say continues to work as the bookkeeper for the practice. In 1984 Dr. Giuliano developed a relationship with Dr. Robert Willis who was in solo practice in Wrentham, Massachusetts.

Can I give the front end staff a negative review?! Rude is an understatement and don't waste your time complaining to the office manager Tanya because she is going to take her staffs back no matter what. There answer to everything is don't like it find a new place. Waited 25 minutes on the phone to check in and was met by nothing but rudeness by Diane the secretary. Staff can't admit when they make errors nor do they have to.

Was a great experience I really like the doctor was very nice, very thorough too. Thought the wait room was longest that I've been to before for a pediatric office. On more then one occasion was 45 min before being seen after checked in at time of appointment. I don't feel that's comforting for children most offices are quick and have a better routine.
