Great doctors! Their nurse Tammy is awesome : I have been going there for years and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable doctor in Chicago! They don't hesitate to give you referrals for any issues that may need x-rays, CAT scans, etc. to make sure everything is resolved/cured ASAP

Their billing service is terrible! We visited them twice in October and November of 2019. They overcharged us for some items. We argued with them and their billing office many times after we receive the bill in December, and finally they agreed to revoke the bill. HOWEVER, half a year later, in May of 2020, we received another bill from them. The bill was exactly the same as the bill of last year ---- they sent the same bill that should have been revoked. We called their office immediately arguing about the bill, they promised us they will resolve it. It is now June and three weeks past, the issue is still not solved.

Our family has been in Dr. Miranzadeh's care for almost 10 years. His compassionate and attentive disposition is the reason we travel to the city from the suburbs for his care. We never had an issue getting an appointment when we needed to see him. We are grateful for his top notch medical care. We can't recommend him enough!

I used to go to Dr. Miranzadeh for awhile but I am so glad I switched doctors. I went in to get a growth in the back of my mouth checked out. Dr. Miranzadeh basically touched it, said it was a bone and left it. Few years later after I switched doctors, I went to a new dentist and they did x-rays. The dentist told me that it was not showing up on the x-ray like a bone and that I need to have my doctor check it out.
I went to my new doctor and he actually cared enough to refer me to an ENT to have it checked out. They did a biopsy on it. Turns out I have a low grade cancer. NOT A BONE! Thank God I switched doctors. Who knows what would have happened if I kept thinking this was just a bone. I'm having surgery in August to have it removed. I SHOILD HAVE HAD IT REMOVED YEARS AGO! NEVER GO TO DR. MIRANZADEH!

I first went to him for a skin condition. I was fairly new to the city so I didn't have a primary yet. I was treated for something that was unlikely but plausible. Treatment didn't work. Rather than testing the condition, he just treated it with the same thing because obviously it was my fault it was not working (and yes, he actually told me that I had obviously done something wrong because it should have worked).
This time however, he called in the wrong prescription and went out of town so I was left without the correct medication to suffer for a week and his office staff refused to even page him. Went to another Dr. who immediately tested my condition, found that it was not what I was being treated for at all. Got proper treatment and it was gone within a few days.
