Susan E. Janocik The 1st thing you will notice when you arrive at our office is an empty or near-empty waiting room. We believe your time here should be spent with me, Dr. Janocik, not with People magazine. A full waiting room is a symptom of inefficiency. At many medical practices patients spend a wealth of time in the waiting room, but very little time with their physician. We believe that is exactly backward.

Great Doctor & Staff. We have been going there for years. If you go to a doctor and don't have to wait that should tell you something. I never have to wait an unreasonable time. Be more patient. She is worth waiting for.

I've gone to Dr. Janocik a couple times and had great experiences at first. However recently the wait was exteme. Appointment wait times over 30 minutes are no fun, especially when you realize there are 3 other patients scheduled to see the doctor at the same time spot as yours. All the other waiting patients said they'd been waiting over half an hour as well. Scheduling and wait times need to be addressed, although the woman at the front desk was friendly enough.

The wait for every single appt has been in excess of 30 minutes to an hour past my appointment time. I will not ever go back to this office again. It is totally disrespectful of the patients time.

I've been a patient of Dr. Janocik's practice for many years. You're always seen promptly, and her staff is very professional and capable. You get results quickly, and don't have to wait for days before you get an appointment. When you're sick, you want to be seen; and few Dr.'s seem able to accommodate illnesses any longer.
