Good Samarutan Health Center Inc: Warren William C Your purpose and calling in life are often described as where your greatest passion meets the world's deepest needs. For Dr. Bill Warren, this idea led to his life calling, and ultimately the founding of The Good Samaritan Health Center. In 1995, Dr. Bill Warren began to feel God stir in his heart to meet people's needs in the City of Atlanta with his greatest passion, healthcare.

Leaving his successful pediatric practice in Sandy Springs, Dr. Warren began serving "the least of these" out of a local Church's spare room.

I've had great experiences with getting a covid test at Good Samaritian until I guess the woman that hands me the self swab got tired of seeing me & versus telling me she wanted me to stop coming she must have placed a note on my file as when I called in to make a covid appointment a week later the volunteer refused to make me an appointment and then I received a call from the lead volunteer (male) aggressively questioning me about why I called in earlier and what I wanted. It all seemed a bit much for a self swab rapid test. Walgreens also offers them everyone and won't berate you if they feel you've tested enough.

All the people inside are great professionals. I have no idea how many times the front staff never pick up the call. When I go there I see the phones ringing. I always call with the expectation of not getting picked up which is a bad feeling to have when calling a hospital. I already know. They are lazy and don't want to work the way they suppose to. They should not be working in medical critical jobs.

They are truly amazing! If I could give more stars I would. The staff was excellent friendly and they gave me an array of options as far as my tooth was concerned and made me feel very comfortable. I am no longer in pain and I am extremely grateful

I saw online that they were giving the Covid-19-vaccine. I called and was immediately given a date to come in along with a date for my second shot. I came in and the process was effortless. CVS administered the vaccine which was the Pfizer vaccine. Not sure how long CVS will be administering shots there but give them a call. This center is so beautiful and I'm so glad I ran across this place. I would encourage everyone to check them out and get vaccinated.

From the front door to the Dentist chair the staff and Dental crew were nothing less than outstanding. The level of care I received was exceptional the compassion with which they serve is genuine and impressive. I feel truly fortunate to be getting the care I so need by Good Samaritan.

Good Samaritan gets a star for being able to provide the COVID-19 vaccine early when many other institutions did not. Other than that, the service here is HORRIBLE. I came here twice for vaccine shots and both times they were over 1.5 hours late to START. If you think you're coming here for anything quick, forget about it. Block your day off or better don't come.

On the second appointment when I asked them after 20 minutes after the appointment time, they told me employees where having lunch and that it was only 20 minutes passed the appointment time. First, if all of your people are having lunch at the same time, why do you schedule people for lunch time?! Second, their baseline expectations are that you're going to wait at least 20-30 minutes (which is very Latin America like, so maybe they get points for being culturally accurate.). Thanks for the vaccine! But Not coming here again.

Worst patient service I've ever experienced! I worked in healthcare for years, so I understand what it's like from the clinics side. I paid for a visit in October'20 to get a prescription filled, the doctor faxed the prescription when I/the pharmacy specifically said they can only accept it if it's electronically sent in. I spent several hours on hold, nothing was accomplished.

In January I went back to the clinic for a written version of the prescription (because nothing was taken care of after the first issue, ) I mailed it into RxOutreach. guess what! The doctor had written it incorrectly, so it couldn't be filled. The pharmacy can't return the Rx to me or fill it unless they cam get ahold of the doctor for clarification.

The pharmacist has called and left the doctor voicemails, I've called multiple times every week, been put on hold for hours, told I'd be called back and that my notes would be given to my doctor and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. It's now FEBRUARY'21 and I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY Rx FILLED, yet they want me to come back in for another visit and pay a co-pay.

This is absurd. I'm upset and embarrassed that a clinic could treat a patient this way. as if I don't matter, especially during these trying times in life, when I've tried my best to be patient. We all have enough issues going on during this pandemic - I can't stay silent over this nonsense any longer. UPDATE: I got ahold of the office manager, she handled my situation on the spot without a charge. I still don't love this clinic, but I'm thankful that they finally helped me with my situation.
