Marshall Lorna D Starting a family is one of the most meaningful and personal journeys any of us can take, and for many, it's also one of the most challenging. We founded Pacific Northwest Fertility in 2005, with the goal of creating the premier fertility clinic in the Northwest and delivering truly personalized care to every patient and every family we serve. This work is so much more than a job for us. We are committed to our patients' wellbeing and making certain that each one is treated as the unique individual that they are.
Services
All of our physicians are board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, and they are supported by a team of experienced and compassionate professionals who are dedicated to helping and caring for you at every step on your path to parenthood. Nurses + IVF Coordinators are patients' key contacts as they move through their treatment cycles.
At Pacific NW Fertility, our empathetic team members will be by your side at every step, presenting options, providing support, and helping you make informed choices about your treatment. Evaluation with a fertility specialist at Pacific NW Fertility will involve a detailed intake at the first visit in which the patients review their history in detail.
Healthcare providers can count on PNWF for the latest information about infertility testing, diagnosis and the most up-to-date treatment options, and we are happy to provide courtesy consultations. PWNF's providers are trusted by hundreds of physicians, nurses, and alternative healthcare providers, all over the region.
PNWF has always supported our LGBTQ+ community. We're proud to formalize our passion for inclusive care with this Center that provides comprehensive, highly successful options for all family building and fertility preservation needs. The Center for LGBTQ+ Fertility was cofounded in 2021 by Dr. Stephanie Rothenberg and Dr. Darcy Broughton.

If you're hoping to donate with a wonderful team of nurses and doctors who will care for and support you every step of the way, I definitely recommend this place. I wish I had come here first before donating with a different clinic last year because in comparison, PNWF outshined in every way. Alyssa, Emilee, Lindsey and the rest of the staff were remarkably supportive and genuinely care for you as a person! If and when I donate again it will for sure be with PNWF

I have went through 4 egg donation cycles at this location, it was the staff that makes all the difference in this place. They genuinely care about your health and well being Vs. Just being another donor. The doctors are fantastic, the staff is overall so welcoming, caring and understanding. Every cycle I have went through here, I have been treated with care and caution to make sure the process is as easy as possible.

I have been cared for by Dr. Marshall and Dr. Lamb mostly and they have been amazing every time. Leah, Molly, and Emilee are just as wonderful. If you're looking for a safe place to donate this is it!

Writing this from an egg donor perspective! I've donated my eggs 3 times (twice at a Bellevue clinic, once at Pacific NW Fertility), and PNW Fertility provided by far the best experience. I genuinely felt like my well-being was a priority as opposed to the other clinic where I got the vibe that they just tried to farm eggs. The medications were easier/there were fewer injections.

I wasn't prescribed a "preventative antibiotic" like I was at the other clinic, which I believe does more harm than good. I was given the sweetest gift basket as a thank you, which included a hand written card from the donor staff/team. This clinic paid more on the 1st donation than the other clinic did on the 1st or the 2nd one. Parking was validated.

I had a bit of OHSS with my 2nd donation and the staff here did so much to prevent that from happening again, including providing me with extra meds, information, and even triggering the donation a day earlier than they perhaps could've (meaning there may be slightly fewer mature eggs, but it would help me be more comfortable/safe). I received a follow up call the day after the donation, which is huge since the other location literally never contacted me again until they asked me to do another donation. My donor team is fantastic and contains some of the most caring people (Molly, Alyssa, Leah, Emilee). 10/10 would recommend from a donor perspective!

This is my first Yelp review. I don't intend to discredit other peoples' good experiences with PNWF but my own has been very disappointing. From the onset, at our initial consultation, the ARNP made me feel old, kept getting my age wrong and pushed IVF despite our expressed interest to trial less invasive procedures first. We then did all the recommended diagnostic tests and despite repeated calls, including voicemails left with reception, never heard back to get our follow up visit scheduled to review the results.

Very frustrating especially with the time constraints involved in this whole process. We decided to switch to Seattle Reproductive Medicine and have been very happy so far. Staff respond really quickly on the online portal, the doctor is on board with our goals and we finally feel like we're making progress in our fertility journey.

We went to most--if not all--of the fertility clinics in the Seattle-Bellevue area. PNW and Dr. Rothenberg's team blow them out of the water. If you want to save your time, money, and frustrations, go here first. Our fertility journey ultimately was not successful, but we felt heard, helped, and supported with a more competent team here vs. any of the other clinics. To those complaining about how long it takes to see a doctor for the first time--you should check around, all the clinics are the same.

Can't say enough about how great this clinic is. 1. They have their own lab. This is something not all clinics have so please check. This means they have more control of the freezing process and higher chance of survival (proximity, lab quality control etc). 2. Clinicians have extensive publication and research background in this field. Not just great educational background but have specialized their focus on improving and studying the technique (see their publications) 3. Compassion / Customer Service.

Perfect flow of patient care, communication and thoroughness. Fast response, kind, and absolutely compassionate and advocate for women's health and mental health. The small gestures go along way and this clinic, everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, doctors all seem to have a common goal of creating the best and providing compassion for women going through this process.

I've been to 1 other clinic and hands down this clinic is by far the best. When compared to other experiences my friends have gone through, I cannot be thankful enough to be part of this clinic.

I have had THE BEST experience in this office, both Dr. Lamb and Dr. Shahine, 3rd doctor (I don't remeber her name) are very considerate, kind, and caring, I went in for egg freezing cycle, traditionally I get 13-14 eggs but with Doctors experience in this office and ability to choose appropriate protocol for me, they were able to retrieve 20 eggs and freeze 17!

This is the best result I've gotton so far and I did this twice before in other offices, keep in mind I am 37 yrs. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Doctors/nurses you are amazing. The financial office however needs a lot of improvement, they never follow up even when you call and leave a message

I have been very pleased with the service I got from this clinic and from Dr Broughton's team. There is no denying that the journey can be often stressful and emotionally draining; however, this clinic did help our family reach our end result and that's all what matters. Dr Broughton's nurses have been very responsive, but there is one person that I have to mention, her name is Jennifer Schilling. Schilling is truly an angel.

She is everything a patient needs in a provider. Very warm, a great listener and she's extremely empathetic. I will never forget my experience with her especially in those vulnerable times, she truly left a very positive experience. I do recommend this clinic.

Seattle officeSo unprofessional! front desk staff turnover rate is way to high! Never go to the Seattle office staff at the front desks are way to unprofessional and under trained. I have been with this company for a year and was treated like crap and a dollar sign the whole time. I'll be transferring my services to another clinic. I DoNot! Recommend At All. 9/2/21

This place is grossly understaffed, so you won't be able to meet with a doctor for literally months (we started in June and as of now the first available appointment is in October). The nurses were dismissive of my concerns about major changes to my cycle (as though they know it better than I do?) and did not return multiple calls about a time-sensitive issue, leaving us to scramble and try to get answers online and through my regular doctor. Save yourself the heartache, time, and money. Go somewhere else where they have time to care.

We came to PNWF in an attempt to have a second child after a successful IVF cycle and implementation at a different clinic several years ago. PNWF was unable to successfully fertilize an embryo and we cannot recommend their clinic for several reasons: 1) Billing Practices. The billing department at PNWF is the department you'll hear the most from - more than your nurse team and certainly more than your doctor.

They required pre-payment months in advance. They refused to follow-up or assist with appeals to insurance. Invoices (for prepayments of services that would not occur for months, if at all, or just the "because we can charge you this" fee) were hard to get. When our insurance company denied coverage of something that cost about 1,500 dollars, we were told that PNWF would not attempt to appeal because (paraphrased) 'your insurance company is difficult to work with.' 2) Poor Communication.

My wife and I were left scrambling, one business day prior to injections were to begin, because the nationwide pharmacy we used didn't stock the (name brand) drugs PNWF prescribed. We had to contact the pharmacy and discover this, and we had to inform PNWF of this issue. To their credit, they found a cash pharmacy that was able to overnight us the drugs, but if my wife and I hadn't done our due diligence we would have lost a cycle due to PNWF's lack of communication or followup. Additionally, PNWF informed us that we should be saving the small left-over portion of a particular (expensive) drug in case we needed to stretch it another day - but they informed us of this several days after our injections began, so we had thrown away the excess dosages prior. 3) Continuity of care lacking.

The final week of injections, immediately prior to extraction, is the most important week of IVF and one you would hope that doctors would pay the most attention to. That did not occur. During that week, my wife saw three different doctors for monitoring, all of which observed different numbers of follicles at different sizes. We believe this led directly to only 1/3rd (33%!) of the follicles being mature enough to attempt fertilization - none of which successfully survived to day six and none of which were able to be implanted. PNWF came recommended from friends who had a successful birth several years ago - we were hoping we would receive a similar standard of care. Instead, we were passed around by doctors who seemed disinterested in followup, harassed for payment from an unhelpful billing department, and only progressed as far as we did in the process because we were our own best advocates and pointed out issues that should have been resolved previously. We felt, throughout the process, that PNWF was far more interested in being paid quickly than they were with the successful implanting of embryos. We cannot recommend them.

On 7-11-2021 a three year long roller coaster journey ended successfully with the birth of our baby girl, and I can definitely say that this joy would not be possible without the foundational role that PNW fertility center and in particular Dr Lamb team played during this time. While, of course, the happiness generated can bias an opinion, there are 4 key points of value that Dr Lamb team brought to the table that helped to increase chances of success: 1) Professionalism: Dr Lamb assessed multiple situations with a structured and analytical approach breaking the specific problem down and recommend the proper course of action.

While at the end of the day this is a game of probability - and success is not guaranteed - the team did their best to maximize it at each retrieval and correct course of action for long term success 2) Ability to adjust for your needs: experienced professionals sometimes tend to forget the practicality of people life. Dr Lamb (and her team) was always down to earth and able to understand why some solutions could not work for us and be proactive with alternatives that fit our case 3) Open and pragmatic: when bad news needed to be delivered, the team did it straightforwardly, without softening the blow but also explaining complex topics with a narrative easy to understand and providing options to facilitate decision making 4) Care and speed of response: Any time and at any time we needed help, the team responded quickly and adjusted to our preferred means of communication (e.g email) providing also emotional support for my wife and helping manage anxiety.

Indeed they raised expectation also for other doctors on this topic. At the end of the day, it was a very positive experience, probably the best doctor experience I had in my life so far not only in the US but also in any other country I lived. Thank you Team Lamb

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at PNW Fertility. I am under the care of Dr. Marshall and feel supported and cared for by Dr. Marshall, her nurse Brenna, and all of the other doctors and nurses I have seen while seeking treatment. Infertility is challenging but the experience of knowing I am under great care makes each step of the process manageable. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking infertility treatment.

I love this clinic so much that I was even slightly sad to 'graduate'. I saw the wonderful Dr. Shahine and was fortunate to meet all 5 of the incredible doctors throughout my journey. I would be thrilled to see any of them for baby #2. I went to PNWF for two egg retrievals and 3 Frozen Embryo Transfers. I felt safe, I felt heard, and I felt realistic.

I knew that I was working with the smartest women and the best lab. All of the doctors care so much. Team Shahine (Michelle and Ketner) are rock stars I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. When I compare my experience to my friends experiences at other clinics it's clear that PNWF provides the best care. Thank you all for everything!

I didn't feel supported or like my care was a priority over scheduling and COVID challenges. Poor communication made the matters worse. Their incorrect handling of a non-fertility related health issue caused me a transfer cycle, due to their insensitive approach that triggered up my anxiety and depression patterns, probably already heightened by the hormones I was taking.

The individual providers are all great human beings and professionals but the way the place is run really doesn't help. I would encourage you to look for other options for your care.

Dr Lamb is a fantastic Dr who takes time to explain everything to her patients including the chances snd risks. She has a very pleasant demeanor and it is a pleasure to work with her. We are lucky to have found her and now we have a family thanks to her. PNWF and Dr Lamb are responsible for giving us and many friends of ours the family we desire and pray for.

Can't say enough about amazing Dr. Broughton and the team at Pacific Northwest Fertility is. We found Dr. Broughton after years of being ignored and misdiagnosed by multiple doctors and specialists. I literally spent years going to doctors insisting I had Asherman's Syndrome and no one believed me but her and Dr. Winner at Swedish. Dr. Broughton was able to conduct a Hysterosalpingography (HSG) within 24 hours to confirm my uterine scar tissue then completed a successful hysteroscopy to remove all my scar tissue within a month.

She then coordinated with Dr. Winner on my following laparoscopy procedure to treat the endometriosis that resulted from 3 years of uterine blockage. Dr. Broughton and her team have continued to provide amazing ongoing support since then to confirm that I no longer have any scar tissue, and to help my cycles get back to normal with minimal hormonal support. Thanks so much!

As doctors ourselves, we may suffer from higher expectations than most folks when it comes to our interactions with care providers, and our experience working with Dr. Marshall and her team at Pacific Northwest Fertility for our IVF was superior. Dr. Marshall and every member of her team possesses a thorough and impressive grasp of the science of the field, while at the same time being very friendly and accessible on a personal basis. Dr. Marshall is very attuned to the nuanced, individualized approach required for each patient to have a successful IVF cycle.

We never felt like a number, our questions and concerns were always promptly answered and addressed, and most importantly, we really enjoyed their company on our journey of getting pregnant! We are now the happy parents of a 5 week old boy, and can't thank Dr. Marshall, Emily and Brenna enough!

I can't say enough about how amazing Dr. Broughton and her team have treated me. Dr. Broughton's nurse (Amber) spent hours on the phone with my pharmacy to resolve an issue with my prescription order. She and her team have always treated me with respect and emotional sensitivity. I do feel it is my obligation to warn anyone who has a pending appointment with Dr. Marshall. Cancel it! She made me feel like it was my personal failure that I cannot have children naturally. Her comments were crass and hurtful. Please please please avoid her.

I have had an absolutely amazing and positive experience with PNW Fertility. As I went through multiple rounds of IUI I was supported so well by Jennifer Schilling. Every staff with the exception of one that had poor bedside manner treated us with absolute compassion, respect, and support. After multiple IUI attempts we then moved to working with Dr. Shahine.

I selected Dr. Shahine to be our IVF doctor based on my initial interaction with her during my HSG exam. She was so compassionate and comforting that I knew she would be a great choice for our IVF. We don't know the results of our IVF yet but I am extremely grateful for the experience I've had with this clinic over the last couple years. As many stated here Dr. Shahine is honest, caring, and kind. She's exactly what I needed during this process.

2/26: I received my charts from this clinic in anticipation of some upcoming appointments with alternate fertility clinics and (almost) had a good laugh at some of what I read. Such as the entry indicating that after I called PNW Fertility regarding my miscarriage I was told that they would reach out to me "sometime [that] week" and that I "[stated] my understanding and [would] wait for a phone call." This *literally* never happened.

In fact, had someone told me upon hearing of my miscarriage that it would take up to a week for anyone on my doctor's team to return my call, I would have told them not to bother calling me - that I would find a medical provider who had time for his/her patients - I would certainly not have indicated my understanding and waited by the phone for a call.

Literally no one that I have spoken with - my husband, friends who are considering fertility treatment, friends who have received fertility treatment, friends who have had miscarriages, friends who are pregnant, etc has indicated that they would accept such a slow response time from their doctor - particularly given the circumstances. At the very least, I feel that potential patients should go in knowing that this lack of responsiveness is apparently acceptable to PNW Fertility.

My husband and I had considered seeing another provider at PNW Fertility (and actually met with one) but, after looking at our records, we both feel very confident that moving to another clinic is the right choice for us. Based upon inaccurate information included in my medical file, I am lowering my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Pacific NW Fertility was great. right up until the point I had a miscarriage.

I had 3 IUIs at this clinic - the 3rd of which was successful. My husband and I were thrilled. Unfortunately, I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. When I called to figure out next steps, they seemed eager to return my call if there were services (and $$) attached - I got a response w/in 3 hours offering HCG tests and an ultrasound (already completed by the ER at Swedish 1st Hill) but when I asked about a timeline for re-establishing care, I still hadn't received a response after 48 hours.

I called back and was told that the team that I worked with (Dr. Broughton's team) was "in a meeting" but that I could leave another message. I called back again to ask if there was any other team that was available to take on patients and available to speak with me but, apparently, exactly zero doctors or nurses were available. It's frustrating - having a miscarriage is a painful experience and, I imagine, not particularly uncommon for fertility patients.

You would think that PNW Fertility would be better prepared/more willing to help patients overcome such an issue by working with them to develop a timeline re-establish care. I am sad and frustrated that the team that I was working with for months was unwilling to even give me the courtesy of a response to my message. I think that you can tell a lot about a medical provider by how they support you - or don't - when something has gone wrong. Based upon my inability to reach anyone at PNW Fertility, I decided to set up consultations with two other providers - Seattle Reproductive Medicine and the UW. Hopefully we have a better experience at one of these clinics.

*EGG DONOR PERSPECTIVE * I was in the process of being an egg donor, everyone was very respectful and very professional towards me. I had an initial appointment to see if I was emotionally and physically fit for egg donation which after a few weeks it was determined I was. I had a saliva test done to see if I had any hereditary problems that came up 100% clean.

I started the process, taking shots daily and getting blood drawn every other day. I had a 10 day calendar, I was on day 7, went to get my usual blood drawn, they tell me everything seems fine. Two hour later I get a call saying my cycle is cancel. no reason provided. I ask why, they told me I had a normal egg count but not enough for the intended parents.

Of course at this point I'm confused, I'm asked to return the left over medicine and come pick up a "compensation check". After going to the office to drop the remaining medicine, syringes etc. I really wanted to know the details of what had happened. Apparently, the intended father had a genetic desease, and the family needed more eggs than usual to secure a healthy embryo. Ok, I understand, but I was never ever told this beforehand.

If I had know that there was a greater chance of the cycle being cancel I wouldn't have gone through the motions of injecting hormones into my body for 7 days straight, the bloating, etc I received a check for $200 and that was the end of it. I had 12 mature eggs and didn't get my period until 7 weeks after the last injection which was a little worrisome.

I now have a bittersweet feeling about the whole thing, I understand taking care of the parents expectations is important but so are we, the egg donors. If you're an egg donor, I'd recommend you join "we are egg donors" to read other women experiences and look at recommended agencies and clinics. Most places won't drop you on egg count, specially 7 days in.

I appreciate the help given by PNW and nobody was rude, I still felt cheated because I provided full information about myself, photos, education, dna test, even my grandparents studies, height and weight and something as important as the IP genetic disease was kept from me. I don't think that's fair.

Incredibly happy with our experience here! We spent about 1.5 years as patients. We did lots of tests, a minor surgery, two rounds of egg retrieval with genetic testing, and a successful embryo transfer. Every experience we had was positive and handled with such personal care by the staff. They really made a difficult emotional process as comfortable as it possibly could be.

They are all heroes, truly. I actually cried when I left my very last appointment because I was sad I wouldn't see the staff anymore. I should say the only reason we did the second an extra round of egg retrieval was to get additional embryos on ice for the future (due to my rapidly declining egg count/age). The first round was successful with one healthy embryo, and the second round we got four more!

Insurance covered none of it. That said, my only regret was waiting so long. The money will be paid off, but feeling like our family is complete is priceless. IVF sounded so scary and impossible, but at PNWF, it's neither of those things. If you are considering IVF I can't recommend enough that the staff at PNWF be your teammates!

Update: 6 embryos wow We tried 2 IVF clinics before we finally found and moved our file to PNWF. We are finally having success. After 6 years of trying this is the farthest we have ever gotten. We have 6 fertilized eggs through IVF. We broke up with Seattle Reproductive due to office staff errors and mistakes in applying for insurance coverage and switched our file to PNWF. (Note SRM doctor was great just did not like their business procedure and office staff errors) Elaine (insurance coordinator) and Yvette (nurse care coordinator) at PNWF have been amazing.

They reply back to me quickly. Someone is always available to answer the phone. They call to check on you. Wow. When you do you injection training it's one on one at PNWF so no question is a stupid question and the class is specific to your medications. Vs. SRM style with multiple couples in the room with different medication plans so it's confusing and not friendly.

I actually hated that at SRM the other parents then became a bit competitive in the injection class environment wanting to show off and judge each other. I was like competitive parenting already starting. The vibe there was not good at SRM. It felt like the staff talked negatively about patients and constantly had an attitude kind of like when you go to a gossip riddled hair salon. at PNWF everyone was friendly and felt sincerely happy to see us.

Even when my husband awkwardly wanted to go to the lab to take their first baby picture to him showing up late wanting to catch the sonogram or blood draw. When they saw my husband they recognized him and would take him straight back to me. Dr Lorna Marshall is fantastic. She is on top of it and even changed my hormone IVF medication routine to something different then what SRM had planned for me because she said with my age and complications I needed the big meds.

Obviously it worked I got 12 eggs retrieved and 6 fertilized. We were shocked to hear we had 6 fertilized eggs. We were expecting maybe 2-3eggs if we were lucky. So Lorna Marshall knows exactly what she is doing. The surgery was scary but they put you to sleep for it. The anathesiologist (might be spelled wrong) was thorough and walked us though the process.

So when they took me back I was less scared. They had drinks and snacks for me to choose from. All I wanted was sleep and maybe to many apple juice to go. I was actually happy to hurry up and get the surgery over with so I could finally drink. You can't have food or drinks from midnight until surgery. Recovery sucked. Have an electric hot pad.

Ask for the pain meds. And have the Tylenol ready at home. Dress cozy. Everyone at the clinic knows if you are there in your ugly PJ's it's your lucky egg day so I wore my pjs with pride. The clinic is clean with nice decor. Pretty flowers. Candy treats. Just so much nicer than SRM. The bathrooms are very clean also. Parking is a garage below.

We always found parking and it cost anywhere from $8-20 a visit. So so happy with PNWF and felt safe that the staff was so organized that I feel confident all my eggs are properly labeled with my name. With all the office staff mistakes at SRM which I was scared to have them do the IVF and Mislabel my eggs. That's one reason we broke up with SRM and came to PNWF.

After barely starting our course of DEIVF (donor egg IVF) at a Bellevue clinic (TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!), we were so glad and lucky to have found our home at PNWF. Unlike our first clinic, communication with PNWF was always clear, concise, and amazingly prompt. In the earliest days of inquiring about DEIVF, I emailed frequently with Samantha Mullinax with endless questions - and she wasn't even the IVF nurse!

She was always thorough, understanding, and patient with the questions we had. She helped us set up an in-office appointment, where we became patients of Dr. Shahine. First, though, we met with the DEIVF co-ordinator, Stephanie Frickleton, as well as Alyssa Schoenemann, who was our amazing DEIVF nurse who worked with Dr. Shahine. It was a long visit (complete with a snack/refreshment bag!), but it was thorough, so well organized, and it was very clear all staff we interacted with that day had read our file and knew our situation.

After picking our donor, thus began the process of testing on both my husband and I. We had completed some of the testing (infectious diseases and inherited conditions) at the previous clinic, to which PNWF was able to use the same results. Though things happened at a good, timely pace, it felt like forever before October 2016 came along, and we found out we had 3 precious embryos.

After final fertility testing, as well as unrelated medical screening, our FET was scheduled for the end of January 2017. During this time, Alyssa S. was always in communication with us, and set up a very thorough protocol for the IVF medication. As usual, she was always patient, calm, and prompt when responding to my endless questions. As for the transfer day, it could not have gone better.

In the ensuing 10 days (the dreaded "two week wait"), time passed slowly. The anticipation of "the call", to let us know if our transfer had been successful or not, was mind-numbingly hard to wait for. Alyssa called us with the best news - that our transfer was successful and I was finally pregnant (something I never thought I'd have the opportunity to do).

We then had 2 scheduled ultrasounds (and 1 unscheduled due to a scare) - where we did see the same ultrasound tech each time. On our last ultrasound (8 weeks), we were able to see both Dr. Shahine & Alyssa a final time (for now). I can honestly say that I felt they were truly excited for our success and happiness - both before the transfer, and now that we were newly expectant parents.

We have felt profoundly cared about by everyone - from the front office staff, to the lab tech, and beyond. It was actually pretty difficult to leave the clinic as 'normal' patients after sustaining our pregnancy to 10 weeks, because we loved the care we received from PNWF. We could not recommend PNWF enough - though difficult circumstances brought us there (which we already knew/were prepared for), they made the DEIVF process streamlined and manageable. We will be eternally grateful to them for helping us start our family. baby boy due October 2017!

We were very impressed with everything at this office. Very professional, very kind, and very good at their job. This was the second fertility clinic we used and so much better of an experience that they don't even compare. Our program was tailored to us and closely monitored. there were people available at all times to answer weird questions and they didn't even mind.

The daily wait for appointments was really minimized, I found our visits stream lined and smooth. We were successful after several rounds and now have a super cute baby girl. I totally recommend them.

We liked Dr Hickok but we didn't see him much. The issue is that when you run into a bunch of little issues, it makes the overall experience terrible. Here are a couple of issues we encountered: 1. Purchasing the drugs and how much wasn't very clear. A couple of times, I had to either rush the delivery of the drugs (extra $$$) or run down to PNW Fertility and purchase the drugs at a much higher price in traffic at the end of the day.

We also still to do this day have an extra $1000 in Gonal-F left sitting in the fridge. 2. There were some billing problems which took a lot of phone calls and emails to straighten out. I had to end up creating an excel spreadsheet to point out their errors. 3. I had the worst blood extraction in my life. African American woman poked me with the needle and when no blood was flowing, she proceeded to move the needle around which was just terrible.

She didn't really apologize until I started crying and i could hear her laughing with the next patient which didn't make feel very good. I felt she didn't have any empathy for what had happened. 4. I also had a really bad ultra sound experience. The doctor (not Hickok, I don't remember her name) just didn't seem to care about how it was being done. For our second attempt, we have chosen a different clinic.
