All applicants must be board certified in their specialty(ies), hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington State, as well as the State(s) in which you currently practice.

If your going here grab an attorney first, the physician can barely stand up, looks like he has Parkinson's or ALS, he has been sued many times up and down the west coast. His job is to disparage your injuries. His job is to save l&i and workmens comp or the insurance companies. do not be fooled. he has no regard for his oath to do no harm. because disparaging an injured party does harm to the person!
