The high levels of disrespect and lack of intelligence in the University office is unreal. to be a patient with small children that attend this place i have been treated poorly, ignored, and belittled. im currently looking for another family doctor in my network.

Both from an osteopathic and family medicine perspective, my experiences have been outstanding. The office staff; nurses; Drs Elkins and Roche continue to be very responsive to my medical needs. Thanks team!

My doctor referred me to this office for physical therapy to help me with different running ailments. I highly recommend Mark! He's been working diligently with me for several months to get me back in running form. We have had some setbacks due to my own clutziness but he is a constant encourager and won't let me give up on myself. They will take great care of you here.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Elkins for over 6 years! He is by far the best Dr. I have ever met. He takes his time to find the problem and fixes it rather than masking the issue. Thank you for your great care to me, my wife and my little boy. You have helped us through a lot.

I walked in thinking I had an apt at 3:30 with dr Elkins that I was running a little late for. Apparently I had made my appointment for next month, not this month. I was greeted with smiles and friendly chatter while they worked me in with the NP, instead of the alternative of being frustrated I was not only late, but there on the wrong day! What. a relief!

I only waited a few minutes in the lobby. My vitals were taken by a sweet and thoughtful nurse and only waited a few more minutes before I was seen by Jenna, who was so kind! I was even stopped briefly on my way out the door by one of the staff assuring I still had on my pretty white bracelet she saw me wearing on the way in. I've been going to Dr Elkins for several years now.

I always feel heard when I go see him and that he takes his time for me. It's so nice to be welcomed so kindly from the entire staff and to feel like I'm in good hands there. From beginning to end, a great experience there today. Thank you.

Only go if you're willing to wait over an hour and still not be seen. This happened 3x with multiple doctors! Customer service only exists in less than half of the staff. Normal receptionist is amazing but that's ab as good as it gets!

I have always received the best of care from the MD the nurses the receptionist as well as all of the technicians Thank you staff for a job well done

The wait is way to long still here at 3:35 for 2:30appt. Still no Doctor?
