Nicole received her undergraduate degree in Physiology from The University of Arizona, and went on complete her Master's of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. Growing up in the southwest, Nicole knows that as wonderful as the Arizona sunshine feels, the photo damage it leaves behind ages us.
Our certified medical laser technicians are extensively trained in a variety of advanced procedures. All of the staff were amazing. They kept checking up on me to make sure I was Comfortable before, during, and after. They explained what they were doing before they did it to make sure I was okay and understood what was happening. I'm mostly happy with The results although the left side of my face is airflow uneven but it is understandable since it was done by students and I will hopefully get it fixed during my next appointment. An overall wonderful experience!

I usually never write reviews but feel the need to for Skin Spectrum's staff, specifically my skin guru, Nicole. This place is nothing short of amazing. From the moment you enter the office you are greeted by a warm smile and checked in with no delays. My first visit here was last year, being a new Arizona resident, I didn't realize how much the sun here was going to damage my skin.
I knew I had to find a dermatologist to address my skin concerns and get it fixed asap. As I scheduled a consultation, I was paired with Nicole, and I am SO grateful for her! She evaluated my skin and immediately knew what type of treatment plan would get my skin back to its healthy state. Not only is she patient and kind but extremely knowledgeable about skin products and procedures.
She explained why my skin was changing and educated me not only on the science of skin but also the cosmetic side of things, such as fillers and Botox, which I had a lot of questions about. She even goes over the costs to plan according to your budget and ensures you take advantage of any promotions or discounts that is being offered at the time. After following her treatment plan and using the suggested products (which are amazing and can be bought in the office, samples are also given if available) I noticed such a huge difference in my skin, in just a matter of months.
Not only was it looking healthier, but I had a natural glow. (Fast Fwd to seeing her again today after 9 months) I decided to start a new procedure with Nicole. She was on leave for a bit, so I waited for her return because she is well worth the wait. As usual, she was delightful and took her time to go over everything with me before starting the procedure.
The procedure was painless, and the results are absolutely beautiful (even though it will show more in 4 weeks). Her technique and skills are unmatched. Thank you so much, Nicole for keeping me glowing. I don't think my skin has ever looked so healthy . There is not enough great things I could say about my experience here. Tucson's best. Guaranteed.

Where do I start? The front lobby ladies are professional and welcoming; All the support staff inside are great too - From Andria to Melissa and Suzanne and more, I always have caring, friendly, lovely people take care of me. And Jody Comstock is a Queen. Smart, intuitive, thoughtful and careful - it IS my FACE after all! On my visit last week, I was shown my 2017 pictures. 5 years later, I look 10 years younger! I have sent my partner, friends and family there. I would recommend Jody and team to everyone. If you can get in - get on the schedule!

Dr. Pai and her staff are very professional, caring, kind, compassionate and have a willing attitude to problem solve. I have been a client at this clinic for > 15 years. Dr. Jody Comstock and her staff should be applauded for single handedly bringing CUSTOMER SERVICE back to reality! I cannot recall ever being in a physician's office that runs so smoothly and professionally. The level of service and attention to MY needs was outstanding! I had specific concerns that were addressed immediately, and the results were well beyond my expectations!

I have been a patient of Dr. Comstock's for 14+ years. She and her staff have treated me for Rosacea and other skin issues over the years. I love her patience and caring. And my face shows it. Nicole James is fantastic. It was my first time to visit skin spectrum for a consultation and treatment plan. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable on all of their products and procedures and quickly assessed which ones would help me achieve my goals. We discussed a treatment plan and she made sure that I understood all aspects of the procedures and products that I chose.
She was easily available for follow-up questions and the entire experience was informative and not rushed. The facility is up-to-date and spotlessly clean from top to bottom. This is exactly what I expect from a medical office and it's professionals.
