I submitted initial paperwork back in march. i received a response confirming they had gotten the paperwork and that their clinicians would review it. i emailed in april and may asking for an update with no response. this month (june) i called and left a message. no response to that, either. terrible client interaction. almost unethical if you ask me.

I called, left a message, and got a call back, but that's where the good new stops. The person who called back had a lot of attitude. in my voicemail, I had mentioned being interested in scheduling an appointment for testing with couple of the providers in the office. She started by telling that one doesn't accept new patients (while that same provider is listed as accepting new patients on the HealthGrade site: https://www.healthgrades.com/provider/christopher-mccurry-yc62f) and that the other is booked through November. She was absolutely no help and showed no interest in helping find a way to accommodate the initial request. Don't bother calling these people. They do not care.

I have nothing bad to say here. The receptionists bent over backwards to help us find a psychologist, at a time when everyone we called was booked up and not accepting applications. Dr. McCurry has been hugely helpful to not just our son, but us as well. Our recent work with Dr. Diorio was another great experience to brag about. I feel like we are making progress, instead of spinning our wheels. I cannot recommend this group of individuals enough.

I was also referred to this clinic (Teresa Piacelli) for help with my daughter's anxiety and panic attacks going to school in the mornings. After doing a lengthy intake form over the phone, I was told I would be contacted by someone soon. I didn't hear back from anyone for 10 days. Fortunately I had contacted other providers. When I did hear back, it was just a vague message saying that Teresa would not be able to see my daughter.
I called back to see if it was a scheduling issue and if was possible to see someone else in the clinic, I was told that it was unlikely my daughter could be seen by anyone else in the clinic or Teresa would have indicated that on the form. All pretty surprising and unhelpful from a mental health clinic. Very bureaucratic place apparently. I'd rate them a D in customer service and communication - and concur with the other reviewer about the lack of compassion or interest in the patients seeking help there.

I was referred to this practice by my sons physician, He had admitted to teen depression and thoughts of suicide. When I called I explained the situation and they told me they were really busy but the would check the schedule and see if they could find a slot to see him, or at least refer me to someone who could. A week has gone by, and no one has ever made contact. My feeling is they don't take cries of help very seriously.
