Dr. Swanson is a total class act- I had the good experience of consulting with him regarding a root canal procedure gone bad and pain in my face- he was attentive, patient, smart and caring- his diagnosis and advice was right on- he is a doctor that doesn't look to do unnecessary procedures and work just to make money and ring the cash register- if you need an oral surgeon in Las Vegas he is the right one to call- you won't be sorry- and further the receptionist that processed me was also terrific and very nice.

I was referred by my primary care physician to Dr. Glyman. They contacted me and set up my first appointment before I even had a chance to call them. Everyone has been friendly and professional. Dr. Glyman put me at ease immediately, explained the course of treatment, and answered my questions. I would highly recommend this practice.

I guess you could say I'm an older patient. Since Dr, Glyman was the cranial specialist in a 3 doctor team for seizure/stroke patients. I'm alive because of them for to date; 21+ years and I'm still swinging. Dr, Glyman later relined my jaws for bi-lateral TMJ and then built a splint to stop my horrible headaches. Dr, Glyman is outstanding and I'm very grateful for him! Mr. Union

Professional and caring experience with Dr Swanson. He was so kind to my daughter during consultation and when she returned to have her wisdom teeth removed. Everything was explained so my daughter and I felt so comfortable. Excellent results. Staff were pleasant and kind to us. Dr Swanson stands out. Highly recommend.

I'd be dead without Dr Glyman. I went to around 20 dentists/oral surgeons over an 8 year period, desperate for help. I had to stay on massive amounts of natural immune support just to barely function. I kept saying I had an infection at the site of a serious injury decades before, in my upper jaw. Well, Dr Glyman took about 30 seconds to look at my mouth and say, "You have a bone infection." He was right.
When my teeth had been shoved into my upper jaw, I'd rolled in sand after and gotten sand inside my jaw. In the end, the sand caused an infection for so long that it got into all of my teeth, and my lower jaw. I was unable to work, and having seizures. When a tooth went bad, the added infection made my health crash (it fed into the bone infection) - lots of ER trip. Dr Glyman always worked with me, never shot me down, never dismissed my problems.
He's fast - a visit can be 2 minutes - but he knows his stuff. In the end, he excavated the inside of my upper jaw, but after 2 decades of that sand in there, my teeth were too affected. I'd get a bad tooth, get critically ill, and he'd remove it. It was so bad that he had to remove my final teeth at Southern Hills hospital- I was so dangerously ill that they needed the ER services close at hand.
But he took care of it. Had I found him earlier, I would have avoided a lot of suffering. As it is, he is the ONLY Dr who actually listened and got results. It's been 2 years since my final procedure with him, and now I'm working 2 jobs and taking care of a special needs son- I can function. I appreciate Dr Glyman very much!

I feel bad for these doctors because some of their front office staff are awful and have no tact. I was told to come 30 min early to my appointment so I actually got there 40 min early because I'm an early person. The white lady at the front desk said something along the lines of "you're actually 40 minutes early and were actually going to be closed until 1".
My appointment was for 12:30. So you're telling me that I was going to get there if I didn't show up extra early and the doors would be locked? Why didn't you pick up the phone and call me before I left work to drive across town? I understand being shorthanded and that is not the problem. But you need to contact patients and let them know you are going to be closed for their appointment and let them reschedule. The lady that talked to me was extremely rude. The rest of the girls looked super awkward trying to not be bothered by the fact that she is awful.

My sisters whole life changed for the worst after her surgery here. Strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this office! Most terrible and unskilled oral surgeons in Las Vegas. My sister had her wisdom teeth removed and they gave her a painful condition called TMJ. They're supposed to specialize in NOT giving you this condition. Completely changed her life and now she needs a corrective surgery for something she didn't have to begin with.

Dr. Schlesinger is the best! I recently had oral surgery and am more than happy with the results. From the first visit when I met Dr. Schlesinger he was very friendly and explained to me how things would go with my surgery and what he hoped my end result would be (which it was). My follow up visit went just as well and am so happy that Dr. Schlesinger was my doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Schlesinger to my friends, family and anyone who needs to see a Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeon.
