I go to the Herte Center for Botox, filler and cool sculpting. Not only do I love my results, but the staff are wonderful. Hollie T. (Injections) and Tina F. (Cool sculpting) are highly skilled and great to work with.

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Herte is warm and sympathetic. She is the consummate professional. I have researched several plastic surgeons both here in Vegas and in CA, and I've chosen Dr. Herte as my doctor. Dr. Johanna OFlaherty.

My forehead lift and blepharoplasty done 3 years ago by Dr Herte STILL look amazing, and I STILL get loads of compliments. There's no better place to go if you want natural, lasting results. Amazing experience! I also see Hollie for annual fillers, and can't say enough great things about her, and my results.

This center is the best place for any of your needs weather it is facials or surgery! Dr Herte is the best in all of her capabilities. Debbie is her nurse that is just as awesome, very caring and makes you so comfortable and at ease. Debbie always makes a point to say hello and asks how everything is, so sweet. Everyone who works at Herte Center is professional as well as friendly. I feel like I'm with family when I'm there. Dayln gives the very best facials, and staff is always friendly. Dr Herte and all of the staff at the Herte Center are truly the best. It can be intimidating to walk into a cosmetic/plastic surgery center for the first time. However everyone at The Herte Center is full of compassion and kindness, and you immediately feel welcomed and cared for. The first time I had my consult with Dr Herte, she made me feel at ease and listened to my concerns.

She took her time to discuss my options and the procedures in detail. She answered all my questions, was upfront, honest realistic, and at no time did I feel rushed. I knew immediately I had chosen the right surgeon. Additionally, being able to discuss certain procedures with staff members who have gone thought the same experience was really helpful and appreciated.

And my patient care coordinator, Leti, has been so accommodating and understanding. Up until the moment of surgery (as well as after the surgery), the center kept in constant contact with me and were very diligent and detailed on how and when things would happen. My surgery couldn't have gone better. Debbie (the RN present during the surgery) kindly stayed by my side until I woke up and left.

I am very, very impressed and pleased with the results. I have had multiple post-op appointments, which shows they care about your recovery and progress. Dr Herte is an extremely skilled surgeon and wonderful person, and I am proud and grateful to have had her as my surgeon.

I left Dr Herte's office confident that I'd made the right choice. The doctor spent a long time talking with me, and though health was her priority, she made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Patients were their highest priority.

Holly was great and very professional! I felt very comfortable getting my lips done here. Leti was also amazing at helping me choose.

Hollie is such an amazing injector! She is so extremely gentle that I barely feel the needle even going in! And every time I leave I have very little bruising or none at all! She is a true artist in what she does! I highly recommend going to her for all your needs!

This is the first time after two previous surgeries that the doctor explained to me in detail about the procedure and overall insighy into my situation. I cannot praise this business enough! I had fillers for nose and chin done on Friday by the master of fillers herself, Hollie! She made me not only look beautiful but feel beautiful as well. The entire staff deserves an award for the BEST staff I've EVER encountered.

I had 3 other consultations before I met with Dr. Herte. I knew right away who I would choose for my facelift and rhinoplasty surgery. She is a fantastic doctor and a wonderful person. I had a wonderful first experience at the Herte Center last week. Everyone was so kind from the time I called to make the appointment to when I actually came in for my visit. My appointment was with RN Hollie for lip injections. I was really nervous and had many questions. She took a lot of time to address all of concerns and made me feel very comfortable. Hollie is awesome and knew that I was going for a natural look.

She made sure that we did not overdo my lips. We are going to build them up over time for more gradual, natural results. The procedure itself was almost painless. She put the numbing cream on and after that I only felt a light pinch of the first couple of pokes. My filler is still settling but I'm very happy with results and already have my second appointment booked. Loved talking to Sandra and Christina as well. If you're thinking about getting injectables make an appointment here. You won't regret it.

I have only a few words to say about Dr. Mary Herte, yet these words will say it all. She is the BEST in town. she sincerely cares about her patients too and her staff is amazing! Everyone is friendly. All in all, I highly recommend her in any cosmetic procedure, from Botox, to fillers to any major cosmetic surgeries.

Dalin is a must for Facials. I came in with bad Mas-cne and she talked me through what I should be using and how often. I left feeling relaxed and after following her directions my akin is looking it's best again
