I can say many things about Dr. Prahbu, but i can describe him with 1 AMAZING he is amazing because he listens you come to see Dr. Prahbu you actualy see him not come in office and see other staff. I highly recommend Dr. Prahbu as the best Primary, Pulmonologist in Nevada and David his Right hand Nurse you can't get any better attentive, and gives you the attention each patient deserves not like most doctors now a day walk in ask how your doing and walking out as your saying i. and never get chance to explain your co dition 2min later your being walked out discharged and dont know what happened not with Dr. Prahbu you get all the attention you need and deserve so for the best Doctor nurse team I Highly recommend Dr. Prahbu and David his nurse.thank you for the past 15+ years and hoping to keep going

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Prabu. He goes out of his way to insure each patient has a pleasant experience. Very professional.

Dr Prabhu and staff are amazing, they treat you with respect and care and really listen to your needs and move in a timely manner for any referrals needed for other drs that you might need to see. I highly recommend them!

My visit with Dr Avena was very comprehensive. She really took her time and addressed every issue. I'm very happy to find her.

I tried to make an appointment here over the phone. I spoke with an appointment setter named Vanessa. I was trying to determine if the doctor accepted my medical assurance and asked if she could verify with my insurance. She said they don't provide that service. That I would have to come in person or speak to a health coordinator. Sorry, moving on to the next doctor whose staff is more helpful.

My entire pregnancy with this location has been absolute hell. From misplaced paperwork to being sent for blood work only to come back to a closed office, to cancelled appointments and randomly changing doctors, it's been a nightmare to deal with both this and the Eldorado Medical Center. Every time I've gone in, I've been treated like a brand new patient and my medical history has to be repeated for them to write down on disappearing paperwork again.

The times I was seen by the doctor were cut short as he'd answer patient phone calls while right in front of me. I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow, was sent to the hospital as an emergency on my last visit due to my high blood pressure and on my visit today, was told that I'd have to call the number to reschedule as the receptionist couldn't control the appointments and there wasn't a doctor to see me there. I regret not having switched providers earlier in my pregnancy and avoiding the entire nightmare that this office has caused.

Nice place. Lots of cry babies in the waiting room that are upset about waiting 15 minutes because obviously they are the only people on earth.

Six years ago this group provided services, today we found out they have turned is in for collection. Researching the matter we find the reason. I presented my insurance card Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon.they billed Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nevada, then listed an address for me in Florida, an address I have not used for over 10 years. Idiots, plain idiots and harmed my credit rating. No wonder they didnt get paid.they billed the wrong company.

ABSOLUTELY CHAOTIC. is how I would explain this office. The front staff is untrained on proper medical front desk etiquette. Very rude and nasty with the people who are paying there bills. They are constantly messing up the schedule. Don't forget if it was not for the patient/ customer coming to your office you would not have a paycheck Senorits. q

They get 1 star cause I couldn't give them less, I needed an inhaler refill for 2 days, both days the pharmacy sent urgent messages to the "doctor" for approval, also they act to busy to even bother picking up the phone, but when I drive around the building its empty as a shell, at most there's a out 3 to 4 people in the lobby. This doctor doesn't care about helping, he just wants your insurance money. BTW I STILL don't have an inhaler. Thank you Red Rock medical group.

This place is absolute garbage. I have been trying to get a referal.for a cardiologist from my primary doctor at their office for 2.months since i got out of the hospital. I call every week and they do nothing. I have already reported them to the Nevada medical Board forn patient abandonment. Avoid this medical group at all costs. Can anyone recommend a good malpractice attorney?

I have been to this place many times, the customer service is delayed, I always go with my documents well and there are always problems. I also did my Externship in this place, please DO NOT GO there, the people in charge do not teach you how to do it. The supervisor her name is EVA, She is just in her place and is very critical of people when she should be a nice person.

The people who train the other Externs are on her cell phone looking at Snapchap, Facebook and diferents social media, they don't clean the place either, even cockroaches there, a patient had to pick up the cockroach from the floor. There is no professional ethics. Very few people are nice there; You may wonder why they see different workers, they all get bored, they never support the one who works there. PLEASE. go to other places that have the best services, YOUR HEALTH IS VERY IMPORTANT.

If I could rate lower than one I would. Switched my doctor to there and they are just plain awful. They make you fill out 5 pages of medical info just to have a nurse and doctor ask you the exact same thing. There is no welcoming atmosphere seems like everybody there hates it. The only thing they care about is your money not you. Takes forever for them to send your prescriptions to the pharmacy and there's a total lack of communicating.

When you go to check out they just stare at you. Sent me to do labs but didn't send the paperwork and it took 45 minutes to try and figure it out and I still canceled my appointment and went home and switched medical providers. Avoid this place at all cost!

On a hunt to find a new PCP, passed on this one. Ended up walking out after waiting in the exam room for over an hour. The staff seemed ok but once I got called, they asked me all the questions I already answered on the huge sheet they had me fill out. Then they left me waiting for the doctor for an hour. So my appointment was at 1pm they told me to come in a 12:30pm to complete the mountain of paperwork they never really looked at, I was there at 12:20.

Then I got into the exam room at 1:18 and waited until 2:20 before walking out. Yes that's 2 hours without seeing the doctor. While I waited I found another one to try. I see them on Monday. Vegas has the very worst medical care I've ever seen.

I had a swollen foot went to see the doctor at red rock medical the doctor said I have to go to a foot doctor he wrote up a referral four weeks later I still did not get my referral the referral department said that they're still working on the referral it does not take four weeks for a referral I called red rock referral they was very ignorant she was rude told me she know how to do her job and you gonna just wait STAY AWAY from Red rock medical. Red rock medical does have good doctors but the staff that assist the doctors from referrals are very bad do not go to red rock medical

I just came in to this place! I honestly have no idea what the doc is like, but right away I'm not happy about the fact they have a girl going up to every new patient like 2 feet from them (face to face) asking Covid questioner. It's super close and she is literally so close to you for a good 6 min. Talk about a perfect way to spread the Covid virus around. Not that it's the employees fault (she's also risking her health), but it's super upsetting and managment should fix this.

This is the worse clinic I have ever been a patient with. The front desk have no manners, they don't even let you speak with the doctors assistant. They tell you what to do as if they are triaging you. I have been going here for 2 yrs and finally I am done. They state they do not have walk ins which is a lie. I have seen people walk in. I am an asthma patient and getting treated at this clinic is the worse.

It is hard to get appointments. When I do get sick with asthma I can never get to see a doctor and I get sick around Feb every yr. Debbie allergist is the best. But to see, Connors the only MD there or pulmonary doctor, good luck with that. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I have to give a 1 star rating since it won't let me give zero stars.

Dr. Chris Moore best Dr EVER! He himself only gets 5 stars! He's the only reason I even came to this practice other than him everyone else is so unprofessional and unproductive. I will also be following him to the new practice he will be joining. My overall rating was based on the practice without him now.

I have been going to Dr. Chris Moore for many years. I have the best care by him. I send other women to his office as well. I will not use any other Dr from now on. As long as he practices in Las Vegas I will follow him. He has the best staff and the girls are very professional and friendly at the same time. I couldn't be happier with the many years of service from this office. Thank you so much DR Moore and Lacey!

Mr. Moore and his staff are always friendly, and attentive to my needs. I always feel like I am being heard and my concerns are addressed. I would highly recommend Red Rock Medical to any woman looking for a great doctor!

From the moment I walked in the office, it was a bad experience. I was early for my appointment but they marked me as a no show. I waited 40 minutes while no one left the office or came in. I was to get a referral to a hand specialist and I had to call the specialist and they had never gotten the referral from Redrock Medical. I got the appointment to the hand specialist and on the day of my appointment Redrock Medical still hadn't sent the referral.

I called Redrock Medical to confirm my next appointment and they had changed it but failed to let me know. Since I am new to Las Vegas, I was hoping to fine my forever DR but don't think this is going to work for me.

The best doctor and care I've ever received! Short wait times, office always clean and front desk person is always nice and welcoming!

I come here to see Dr Moore. He is the best doctor I've ever had. He takes the time to hear my issues and works with me to solve them. I've been coming to him for five years. All his staff is super friendly. It's a relief to know this office is genuinely looking out for my best interest and health.

Don't even bother you go see Dr. Prince and you need a referral the only person you talk to is Monica and she is happy to transfer you to a voicemail. Called the referral department left a detailed message of what I need not a god damn thing in return. You call the MA for Prince and you get a voicemail but if these clowns wanted their payment then they would call you. Thanks for nothing my wife needs a referral for a specialist and her condition keeps getting worse and not one mope from this office calls you back.

Stay away from this estabilishment. I made appointment a month ago for today and when I arrived 5 minutes before scheduled time there was 50 patients waiting in a tiny waiting room. I asked nurse if all those people are ahead of me and she said yes, the wait time would be 45 minutes and probably much more. I just said:" forget about it" and left. Never coming again.

They overbook patients just because pure greed of the doctor Vishal Gandotra. They couldn't care less about patients benefit, It's all about money and greed. How many Mercedeses is enough doctor, how many houses? You are one despicable, greedy and selfish human being. Get Hippocrtes oath again and read it. Shame on you!

I went to Patricia Prince for a surgery referral. She wasn't sure which knee she gave me the wrong referral for surgery I called 3 times and left a detailed message of exactly what I needed and not one return call. I looked her up on Yelp with so many complaints and her lack of care how is she still in business? Shocking! 00000 Stars

This place deserves 0 stars. They overcharged me for the service I did not receive. The doctor I was supposed to see on 1/15 is Patricia Prince, but she was two hours late to my appointment. I could not wait for her so I had to reschedule. Two months later, they sent me a bill for 1/15, claiming that I was seen by the doctor and doctor Prince even put notes in to charge me.

This whole place is in desperate of money, and they go beyond their ways to lie in hopes of collecting more money. There is a reason for all the bad reviews. If you don't want to be overcharged, find somewhere else.

Excellent service! The staff was very kind when I called to set up my appt. Dr. Tara Rachakonda is excellent and I look forward to seeing her again.

This review is for Dr Patricia Prince: Dr Prince is the best doctor I've ever had, and I've been with her for a few years. She's caring, funny, smart and capable. She ferrets out things other doctors can't. Dr Prince listens, orders and then thoroughly checks out labs, has zero problem shipping one off to a specialist, and is proactive with all aspects of health. I adore Dr Patricia Prince, as does my family. Shout out to her assistant, Adrian, who not only is a sweetheart, but will go the distance to help.

Went in for my appointment at 2:45pm to establish my pcp. They sent me a text telling me the date and time of my appointment and to show up 30 minutes early for paperwork and what to bring which was great. I get there early 2:20pm and get paperwork done; the young lady at the desk even helped call my insurer to help with an issue. Sat and waited until 3:20 to get called back for vitals.

Then sat in 2nd waiting area in back until 4pm to actually see the doctor. Didn't get out until around 4:45pm. I did like the doctor (Dr. Connors) as he was very attentive and easy going. He was kind, easy to talk to, and went over things with me not at me like most doctors. This location is a little run down and they may have some serious issues with time management, but they seem to care and are very friendly. (Pics of 2nd waiting area. looking like it needs work.) *update.

Time management had gotten 10x better and the front and back have gone under a remodel and looks so much better than before. Same smiling faces and great care provided. Happy to have found a new facility and Dr.

Dr Prabhu and his staff is amazing, he is hands down one of the best and most caring doctors I've ever met His staff is amazing and the time he spends with you is well worth the wait He has saved so many lives and helps so many people, I highly recommend him

Horrible. I would give ZERO stars if possible. First of all the location and clinic itself is just. shady. There is NOTHING welcoming about it. I felt like I was in some small town government health clinic. It was clean enough. but welcoming. no not at all. The staff was friendly. that is about the only positive thing I can say about the environment.

I had to wait an hour to go back. Then another 20 min in the room. I was there for a ROUTINE PHYSICAL. Which should involve checking my heart, etc. Right? Nope. nada. Dr. Atuna (sp) talked over me when I tried to tell him any family history or medical issues I have and may need to know about. He told me standard blood work would be ordered and then checked my neck for lumps and THAT WAS IT! Didn't check my heart. Didn't check my eyes, my throat, my ears, my lungs, etc. Didn't do the typical pushing and checking on my stomach that doctors do for a well check. NOTHING. only felt my neck!

He checked my neck. handed me a paper to go get my blood work. and sent me on my way. Oh and blood work. When I called to make the appointment they told me they did everything IN HOUSE. I asked if I needed to "fast" and they said yes (however they never told me how long or any details. I had to ask. is water okay. is coffee okay.) I fasted for 12 hours. but guess what. NO IN HOUSE BLOOD WORK!

They send you to Lab Corp. Had I KNOWN that I would have made an appointment with lab corp immediately following my visit. Lab Corp had no appointments and it was going to be 1-2 hours before they could get me in as a walk in. By this time it was 2pm and I just said forget it. Had they told me they do NOT do in house blood work. I could have NOT fasted for the doctors appointment (if you even want to call it that) and just gone to get my blood work another day when I could make an early morning appointment!

Last but not least. Dr. Atuna also tried to tell me that I MUST schedule an appointment in 2-3 more weeks to "review blood work". Ummm. why would I do that? What if it is 100% normal? Why would I pay just to come back in and him say "your blood work is a-okay". I understand if something is abnormal. but you don't know that until they get the results.

He then said they could only give me my results (assuming something came back abnormal) if I came in to see him. That is not true. I am entitled to be able to have my blood work. HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time! I am SO MAD I wasted my ONE free doctors visit I get provided by my insurance each year.

I'm writing to give " Christina in the call center " Kuddos! I called in for an appoint, last minute. She took down my number and told me she would call me back after she was done with her confirmations and guess what. SHE ACTUALLY DID! unfortunately no cancelations but just the fact that she kept my number and called me back to let me know of the update made me feel acknowledged! I'm aware of RedRocks busy schedule so I was not surprised : But Thank u again Christina in the Call Center! Keep up the good work!
