Horrible customer service. Called to make my first appointment (new patient) and the lady asked me if I was lying about my name, and other distasteful questions surrounding my ethnicity and "american-ness" which was clearly driven by the fact that I do not sound "american". They need to do better and give their staff anti-discrimination tranings.
