When I went inside and wanted to ask the front desk lady a question she literally SHUSHED me! Afterwards it was evident she was on the phone however, she was sitting there silently listening and made no effort to communicate this. Very unprofessional behavior considering she is customer facing, and it would be very simple for her to quickly mute herself to communicate this.

I've been going to MEG for over 10 years now. My epilepsy has gotten to a controlled state after lots of help from the wonderful staff. I was having multiple GTCs (5+) per year and after an in-hospital stay to study my condition, we've gotten that down to 1 per year. The staff is always friendly and helpful, I've never had a bad experience with them. Even though she's moved on, Dr. Penovich still rocks!

Dr. Smith and Dr. Frost have both treated my son for a rapid onset epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut. When he was admitted he was having seizures so frequently, that it could not be differentiated through EEG from onset to end. Tho it's life long, he has gone down at this point to only having them when he's sick, almost 4 months later. We love Dr. Smith, and all he has done to this point. He is very caring, blunt, honest, and hopeful, and gives us peace of mind every time we speak. We hope that this will hold. THANK YOU MEG!

The doctor I had in the hospital was very nice. I had 12 hour video EEG done at United hospital. I test went fine but when I got my bill I got charged twice for one test. The billing dept told me since the test was started on one day and ended on another they can charge me twice since its 2 different days. I shouldn't be charged $3300 twice for one 12 hour test.
Just because I started the test at 9pm and ended it the next day 12 hours later it's still only one 12 hour period. The lady in billing said that's the way the mesical coding is and I just need to expect and pay my bill. $6600 for the test instead of $3300. Sorry that's wrong and I refuse to pay for twice as much for a test just because it was started on one day and completed on a different day.
If this company fixes there billing issues I will have no problem with the company. Either way thier doctors were very nice. Now if they can get thier billing department people to be nice I'll be happy.have never been talked so rude by a employee before.

I was diagnosed a few years ago, and completely clueless as to what I was dealing with or how to go about treatment. I'm so glad I found this place! Dr. Chatman has been a lifesaver. She is great about explaining any issue or questions I may have. I feel more at ease knowing I have a competent doctor behind me. Definitely would recommend to anyone dealing with epilepsy.

My little baby is being monitored for possible seizures. The doctors at MN Epilepsy Group saw us at Children's Hospital, and have continued to monitor him. Dr. Arkilo is amazing. He interacts with our son, and also makes us feel very comfortable with his care. He does a great job of explaining any test results, his proposed plan moving forward, and any concerns he might have about our little guy's health. For such a scary situation, he really does a great job putting us at ease.

Best clinic in the metro area for treating epilepsy. They have doctors that specialize in treating children, adults, women, and elderly. Different stages of life can affect seizures and side effects. It is great to be able to a go a clinic that has my best treatment plan a goal for their care. After years of dealing with testing and medications Minnesota Epilepsy Group found the best treatment for me to become seizure free.
