Please avoid this place. They kept on changing owner so often. The dentist works as a sales person and will try to make you buy as much as possible. First you agree on a bill and then they surprise you with other bill. Also never sign anything until you see everything. Since the ownership changed, they tried to give me bogus bill. I asked for the document that agreed to, they produced a scan document.
I informed them that I didnt sign that document and my signature is not from that document. It has been copy and pasted. I asked for the original document, they said that the scanned is good enough. If they report me to collection agency based on fake signed document, they will be going to small court.

2 hours just to get X-rays and a really quick check done?!? The check up felt halfhearted at best. I went there to get a filling, but all I got was, well, X-rays. I understand I'm a new patient, but I got there an hour before my appointment and I STILL had to wait over an hour just to get seen! It would not have been too bad if I got what I went there for, but not even close!

This place is a joke! I have been going here since January 2021. Their entire office staff has changed 3 times along with the dentist. I have shown up to my last 2 appointments to find the door locked and no one will answer the phone or the door. So unprofessional. Such a joke for a business. Avoid this place.

Dr Greenwood is the best oral surgeon/dentist I have ever been to. His staff are wonderful and were extremely patient with me having a fear of the extraction I needed. They took my multiple phone calls over a few days and helped answer all my questions. Dr Greenwood himself is very kind and personable, sharing some stories which helped ease my mind. if you are looking through any old reviews of previous dr's in the practice, I can assure you they are outdated. Hands down you are in the best care possible and I couldn't imagine why anyone wouldn't leave a 5 star review! Thank you Las Vegas Oral Surgery.

Do not come to this place you will lose a lot of time and money! I had a shift with the doctor for a cavity and crown, and another shift to have my wisdom teeth removed. The attention was very bad, they canceled my first appointment 4 times, they moved it now and the day they want. They canceled my second appointment for the wisdom teeth 4 times too.
On the 3rd opportunity, I waited 1:30 and then they told me that the anesthesia machine was not working, that if I wanted to do it awake or they would hold another meeting. who removes the 4 teeth of awake wisdom? and had already paid for full anesthesia. I lost days of work, time and money. Really this place should pay a fine for all the problems it caused me, they are not professional! they are lazy and mediocre!

My dental surgeon was the coolest dude on a professional, laid back, funny guy level I've ever had. He saw my supra hat and asked me if I've ever listened to the car queen song? I said no. This guy walked into the office saying we're gonna rock n roll put the song on his phone and put the phone on my chest and started working on my teeth. Little to no pain got the job done and we all rocked out to some queen! Highly satisfied customer!

I've brought two of my kids here for wisdom teeth removal and I must say the customer service is so on point. The staff is always polite, happy, welcoming. They take care of my kids and make sure we are aware of everything. Both times I've come here, I've witnessed one lady yell and cuss out the receptionist for something that was not their fault at all (I listened to the whole ordeal and the lady was very unreasonable and out of line) and the second time I came here another receptionist got yelled at because of insurance reasons that has nothing to do with her.
I watched these sweet ladies handle difficult customers with class, they then apologized to me that I had to witness it, and I just want to give a shout out to Las Vegas Oral Surgery and say they have been incredible to me and my foster children. I wish everyone was a little more kind.

I found them on google and was skeptical but the reviews made me feel. I still was skeptical because I know reviews only tell so much. When I called they answered fast and she was very courteous. My appointment was yesterday. Came back today for an extraction. Appointment was at 4 and I was out by 4:35. Wait time wasn't long at all. They move pretty fast and the Dr. was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
