The year was 1973, and the health care climate in Cincinnati was relatively stagnant, except for the radical vision of one man. Paul Young, the vice president of planning for Hospital Care Corporation, now known as Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, had a dream to provide prepaid health care to area residents.
With more than 130 doctors in 18 specialties at eight offices, Group Health offers the widest range of quality health care available from one group in the Tristate area. At Group Health, our relationships with our patients are important. You may choose the doctor you want to see, assuring that you may establish a trusted connection.

Re: Dr. Jennifer Walker, Tammy & Team at the Mohs Surgical Unit. Dr. Jennifer Walker is an excellent MOHs surgeon. The surgery was highly effective. The post-surgery guidance was terrific with very little bleeding and no irritation. I remain so very so impressed by Dr. Walker's and her care team's expertise, care and compassion! The staff isn't bad but they rush me through check in and check out. Some doctor appointments get turned in to nurse appointments without much or any notice. My annual checkup was changed to a phone call last minute so I couldn't cancel without penalty and got stuck with the full bill for 5 minute call. My PCP will take the time to listen to my questions but just a rouse to refer me to her specialists friends down the hall who don't ever seem to know what to do. Very shady practices.

I always have an easy time booking an appt with my GP. I actually switched my daughter over to the same office because of how easy it is to schedule appointments and how quick and simple the whole process is. We never have a long wait before being called back. My daughter was a huge fan of her new pediatrician, Dr. Katheryn Jadeed. She made the checkup informational but understandable for my soon to be 7 year old.
She answered all my questions and concerns quickly and double checked a few things we had to have checked out at the little clinic because her precious pediatricians office was too difficult to get into. Overall, from my personal doctor to my daughters, back to my time as a child going to GHA in Clifton, I've always had a great experience and loved how simple and easy it's been. If you're in the market for a new DR check out GHA. They all have been terrific!

Doctors were awesome. But the ppl behind the scene are horrible. Takes forever to get your call answered. and I mean 30 min on average. I had an employee set me up with a Halter monitor from a company the office had not used before. Thy also gave that company the wrong Dr name and fax. The only way I, and I mean me because the office was no help tracking down where this cardiac monitor came from (it arrived in the mail, i applied it, and mailed it back).
I had to get the name of company from insurance once they got billed. So when the company the halter came from got it back they sent my record to some other doctor. talk about privacy rights/hippa infringment! Took forever to get results to the correct Dr. Now trying to follow up with another Dr since I've moved. called the office and the woman i spoke to said if I had my new Dr send a medical release form they would fax records over.
Not the case. Medical records says they do not use other drs release forms and never fax, only mail. If you're reading this and have not made an appt at this office. Don't. Find another Dr.

I have gone to GHA literally all my life. My mom had issues with other doctor's office with my sisters so she was glad to have a nice practice she could trust like GHA for me when I was young. Yes, they can take forever answering the phone or getting you in for an appointment but I think they are the best group around. From what I've heard from other people about other groups and practices, GHA and all Trihealth associates are pretty great places to place you trust in.

Their Ob/gyn practice is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. For starters it took about three weeks for me to get in to see Dr. Regina Whitfield. Once I arrived to the appointment and encountered Dr. Whitfield there was no eye contact from her at all except at the beginning and very end of the appointment, for majority of the appointment she kept her face in the computer.
She was not very knowledgeable about my condition and stated that she would call me with more information later on in the day. She never provided me with medication information concerning my morning sickness and just simply rushed me out of the office. I never received a phone call from her about a serious medical condition ( history of blood clots) that day or ever.
I had a follow up prenatal appointment three weeks later inwhich I received a letter in the mail 9 days after my first appointment stating that my appointment was canceled and that I would have to reschedule both my ultrasound and prenatal appointment. This is a very special time for me and she was rated as one of the best doctors in the Ob/gyn practice. I will not be returning there for care of my pregnancy!
