The medical professionals we have encountered while participating in CNS pediatric health care trials have been top notch. They are knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and very customer service oriented. We have not had a single disappointing interaction. While it is exciting to be part of the scientific process, we also very much appreciate the free diagnostic assessments and the thorough collection of baseline health data.

This has been invaluable to us. The only downside is that the process is time consuming and may not work with everyone's schedule. It's possible that trial groups, particularly pediatric populations, may not reflect a selection of the average population due to this fact. Because the studies require that a parent/guardian be frequently present with their child on site at the CNS facility, this narrowly restricts participation to families with certain means and mindset.

A more representationally accurate trial group, particularly amongst pediatric groups, might be achieved if CNS had a mobile unit that could travel to school sites. However, this may be cost prohibitive or logistically inappropriate. Overall, we are enjoying our experience with pediatric healthcare trials. We have complete confidence that the well being of patients is a top priority, and would be happy to participate in other CNS trials, pediatric or adult.

The front office staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I unfortunately did not qualify for a study, but have been added to their waitlist and feel confident in their ability to help me and others!

I liked everything about my experience at CNS Healthcare. The front desk receptionist, nurses, lab technician, and doctor all treated me very well. The nurses and lab technicians, and doctor were very personable. I like the fact that I was reminded of my appointment's via text message. I look forward to participating in more studies.

I absolutely love these folks. The doctors are excellent and very caring, the consultants really care and become like family. Even the front desk people are super nice and want your day to go well. I have been turned down for several studies but they always explain why I was turned down. If you need help with an issue they are studying I would definitely check them out. Super good experience.

I did an inpatient study on an investigative medicine for CNS Healthcare 5 days 4 nights, very pleasant experience very nice people.

I've worked with CNS off and on for over 10 years. I've completed less than a handful of studies over that time. They were great with being supportive, helpful, and thorough. If I had questions, concerns, or issues during a study they were a phone call away or took my concerns during a visit seriously. I always felt, and still do feel, part of a family there.

I complete migraine studies here. The Study Coordinator is AWESOME! She makes sure I understand everything, helps scheduling go great, professional, kind and patient focused. I enjoy working with everyone at CNS. I would suggest to anyone who qualifies.

My experience is a one star because at the Orlando office for 3 yrs in a row i have set up appointments, spent almost 1 hr with a nurse discussing my participation in a cholesterol study the same nurse i had 3 yrs ago, did it again, requested me to sign several release paperwork for medical tests and PROMISED to get back to me over the phone and. each three years fails to do so, I do feel she doesn't connect with me since I am hispanic but she should not waste my time, as i do qualify for the study she simply does not return calls ever, I believe she's there just for a paycheck at 618 E. I have been a patient at CNS Healthcare for 2 years. The staff is very supportive and helpful. I have had to cancel and/or reschedule and they always accommodate me. The office is clean, neat and inviting. I highly recommend CNS Healthcare to all.
